I absolutely do not recommend this business!! The fabrication of the doors and windows are great but they have the SHODDIEST installation work. The project included installing 2 different double doors, a bifold and 3 huge windows. I have issues with every one of those items!First, he had his guys start the job when all the glasses were not available yet. So, they installed the frame, then cover it up with boards until the glasses were received 1-2 weeks later! Yes, it rained during that time.Once installed completed, as you can see from the pictures, there are leaks everywhere because the windows are not sealed properly. All the door handles and deadbolts are loose, blotchy spray paint of the trims (who spray paints trims anyways), the sidings were not properly reattached, there are missing screws, damaged metal plates, trash were not picked up completely, broken glasses from the old windows were not removed properly, sharp edges where theyve drilled holes for the latching the locks....theres too many to list. I even asked Javier to come by to look at the unsatisfied job and he had no interest and never showed up. He only sends he guys to fix the problem. Needless to say, once you pay Javier, you will probably never see him again.Today, I washed the windows and not to my surprise, there were MORE LEAKS! So, you can imagine what my electric bill look likes during the hot and cold months! SAVE your money!Update In response to their feedback:On June 16th, I texted you and said your guys did not finish fixing the issues and is he coming back? You said hes done! I replied hes not and you never responded or sent anyone to fix the issue, SO THE ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED. So dont say that there was no mention of anymore problems.... Everyone can see the attached text here for themselves.As far as the new quote in Sept, that was not a new quote. The quote to add 20ft of fence was back in early June as well and I simply text you in Sept to tell you that we were ready to install the fence. I mean a simple fence install will not be as much of a headache for me as the doors and windows. But with your great customer service, you never responded.So dont try to make yourself look like you did everything required of you to fix the issue. You are not reliable, trustworthy or customer oriented.

Avoid this company at all cost unless you want to end up like me. I hired them a while ago to put in a 10 ft door for my property. Here are the list of issues with pictures included.1. The door is not leveled so it won’t close properly2. The masonry did not match the old design of the house and it’s cracking.3. They didn’t put anything behind the grout to support it so now I have no grout left on the door.4. They did horrible job of matching the interior sheetrock after putting the doors back together. It is now also showing the tape line.5. Texture doesn’t even matchIt’s very frustrating to look at this door every single day knowing that I got screwed so badly from Javier. Your front door is supposed to be a statement piece upon entering the house. They made it look like a tornado has just recently passed through.A tough lesson learned!

We just have our iron door and iron railing for stairs installed by JSM IronWorks. Their price was right and good quality. Javier helped us the design for both the iron door and railing. After the installation, the whole house look elegant. Strongly recommend JSM IronWorks LLC.

Javier and his team exceeded my expectations. At first I was a little apprehensive since their website is short on details however, after several conversations and emails I put my mind at ease and took a leap. After all, I am out of state and made my purchase sight unseen.We found the design for our door on Pinterest and noticed the JSM logo. I contacted Javier and in less time than promised, our door was installed by his capable team of installers.The price was right, the quality is there and we couldn’t be happier. The only reason I didn’t give Five Stars is because the website needs work. It has nothing to do with the product or the company.

Hands down the best door company ever. I have been talking to Jaiver for almost a year build a new house ordered 4 doors from him and stairs. It was so smooth he draws everything out. I even sent him to my moms house and she is replacing all her doors. I would totally recommend him in a heart beat!!

JSM delivers a very high quality iron door. The door selection process was easy, the company owners were very friendly and professional to deal with. The installation (removal of old and installation of new door) was very professional and timely. The installers certainly knew their profession and were very efficient. The only weaknesses were the original promised timeline lapse and lack of prompt communication. Sometimes we wondered if we had (half door deposit) been had for lack of communication, but thankfully we were proved wrong in the end. We are ecstatic about our new door!The end game was flawless. They are highly qualified craftsmen and despite all this, they deserve a full 5-star rating.

I first worked with JSM to get my staircase redone. It was done so professional and clean. The crew came in and worked like a machine and with precision I was with a new staircase in a couple of days. About a year later I contacted Javier to get a qoute for a custom 18 door. Boy did they deliver! The wait was 8 weeks a couple of weeks longer then I was told but it was not their fault a custom 18 door takes time and you cant rush art (thats how beautiful the door is). Once the door was completed an amazing crew came and installed the door within days! The entire process took about 5 days but no detail was left untouched! I highly recommend them and will use them again myself.
