TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Placed an order and selected two days delivery as I needed it ASAP. One week later I call them to ask what’s going on with my item and they tell me they’re out of stock…. This is ridiculous, those guys have no idea how to do business and make customers happy.

Ordered a game through them on the Sears website, and instead was mailed an ethernet cable, and called three times to get this corrected. Finally, I get a manager on the phone, and he’s beginning to give me yet another excuse, so I tell him I’m sick of stories and will dispute the charge on my credit card.I eventually tell them to just order one on Amazon, and I’ll leave them alone. At the end of the day I called to get tracking as they told me to. I instead got lectured for calling three times that day over a fifty dollar order, when they have customers that give them more money, and get accused of being impatient.Once I finally got what I paid for, they send me a shipping label to get their Ethernet cable back, and call me twice while it’s in transit to ask if I sent it.

They are scalpers. avoid at all costs. Ordered a 11400f CPU for already 15 over MSRP. 2 days before delivery they cancel the order... yet still have the CPU for sale but now $100 more expensive.Avoid these people like the plague.

Ordered an RX570, in short it never came I thought $250 was not cheap for the card since it launched at $229 USD for the (8 GB version). Alas the internet is nothing but scalpers and scammers now a days. Remember when you didnt have to mortgage your house to buy a 1650 or RX 580. This pandemic as the media wants you to believe it is, has messed everything up. I used to be able to buy an RX570 for like 150$ now they are almost double that. I hope we see some good prices when Black Friday and Cyber Monday come around. Man what I wouldnt give for components to be the MSRP and in-stock again.

With all the reviews I was nervous about ordering but gave them a chance. Aside from not providing a tracking # which I eventually got from calling in, the ordered item was shipped and received in a timely manner. Item is new and about half the cost elsewhere so overall positive experience and would buy from again.

When pressed, they offered to refund the $7.50 for the misleading Ship Today charge - refund still missing a month later. Checked status page 2 days later - same goofy message. Called again: Rep claimed: Item has actually shipped. NOPE. Not true. Next day noonish Fedex finally showed info received - awaiting item. Item eventually arrived at Fedex 9 hours later. It took another 5 days for the damaged and taped up box to show up. So much for Free Shipping 1-2 days.Item was not damaged, but for a new unit it had a few suspicious clues. As I was struggling to carry the fairly heavy device it suddenly came to life - display lit and fan running! The battery connector that the installation instructions shows requires connection as part of the initial setup was already connected. The LCD was pretty scratched up. The case label shows a date code of 2017 and the box has a Return to vendor label from 2018 with an entry claiming Defect v status. The unit does work. It is able to supply its fully rated 1350va. The fan is a bit loud even at no load.Beware the Astroturf reviews. Be very wary of ordering from Aztex Computers. Will sell product they dont have in stock and will not communicate this with you unless you contact. In my case, the item i order doubled in price on their site, after a few days.

What a joke of a company these people cannot provide the service they promise and are rude when called out on their failure. I have been waiting over two weeks for my order of a graphics card and still has yet to ship. These people are a scam and will take your money and do nothing for you.

Discount prices and discount service. They are really not just a computer store. They seem to be an overstock store. I purchased an amplifier from them. After 1 week I recieved a notice that my sale was cancelled as it was out of stock. When I bought it I had a few options to buy at other stores. 1 week later it was out of stock at that price everywhere. Now I need to work on my refund. I have used them in the past for my kids computers and they were always first rate. Today, my work laptop had water spilled on it and it stopped working. It was either drive from the Woodlands to the Galleria and drop it off or try these guys. If I took it to the Galleria it would have taken at least 4 hours and that is just to pick up a loaner. These guys replaced the keyboard while I waited at Starbucks in 45 minutes. Cost $65 bucks.

Avoid these clowns at all costs.. I flew to New York to upgrade our conference room after ordering a $2400 camera system. I got confirmation it was delivered and when I got to our office, no camera. Had to follow-up with them several times and found they shipped it somewhere in Texas and then they wouldnt expedite shipping to get it there on time for me to install and fly home. Horrible service. Terrible company.

Really good communication, I called them several times to get quotes on a couple different screens they had listed and everyone I spoke to was both helpful and prompt - and the pricing was very competitive.They also called me after I received the screens to make sure we were happy, which is something Ive experienced with only a very few of the vendors I deal with.

They have made many changes over the last year and I can always rely on them for the products I need. They send emails three days after you place an order and confirm they have your product. The communication has dramatically increased and I recommend all to order from them.

I ordered a party speaker sold by Aztek Computers on walmart marketplace. Two days later I received an email asking me to cancel my order because they were out of stock. Hours later my order was cancelled without my knowledge and walmart shows I cancelled it...which I did not! When I go online they still have the same speaker in stock but at a much higher price. Fortunately when I got in contact with Walmart they honored the price after I explained what had happened. I hope they stop doing business with this sorry company.

Went with Aztek Computers because they had a good price on a discontinued display that was specified for an installation before it was discontinued. Unfortunately, the freight carrier smashed part of the screen without any significant damage to the box, and we didnt catch the concealed damaged until 2-3 weeks after receiving the display.The carrier refused to acknowledge our claim request because we didnt report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the delivery (a policy they dont advertise anywhere). When they shut us down, Brian and Sam went directly to the manufacturer, who eventually got us an RMA, pre-paid return label and full refund for the display. It took several weeks, but Aztek was diligent in helping me out. Highly recommend for the customer service alone. Thanks guys!

Bought an AMP from them, received it - never opened it - needed to return it. I returned following instructions (UPS ground, Insured). Communication was good via email until this company received the product. Once the received the product they issued only a partial refund ($410 purchase price, fund of only $333). They will not return phone calls or emails to explain why I was only give a partial refund. I followed all their instructions and sent them back an unopened product. Not at anytime did they ever mention a restocking fee so I dont know why this has happened, as I said they refuse communication now. By returning this product I am out $119 dollars. I would have just kept the product if they would have disclosed this to me. I was ripped off.

Dont shop at this place.. they are horrible.. they false advertise products on the website.. I had attempted to purchase a socket 1366 board from them .. They waited till 5 o clock to call me back to tell me that the board on the website and the one I had ordered was slightly different.. hence a different revision as explained to me on the phone.. sensing they had no clue i asked them to physically look at the board.. they then sent me google pics of a completely different board. lol he told me they were closing and had to take care of me tomorrow ... i said you NO YOU NEED to really let me know what board it is you are sending out.. i just purchased a CPU from another site for it .. turns out it wasnt even a different revision at all.. but an entirely different socket (intel 2011) !!!! they had priced like a 1366 socket!! which would have raped someone else in terms of price.. who does that...? these people dont have a clue .. its now going to take 5 days for my refund to go through .. place is a joke....

Highly unprofessional & deceiving website. Seems being run by unethical team. What they mention in the website & what actually the product says is totally different. As per the Website it was clearly mentioned that the Product is a FITBIT FLEX 2 which includes the Unit as well as bands. I called them to verify the Stock and the Person confirmed. The person told we have only 1 in stock hence after Ordering only we can see the Fulfillment and guarantee. Hence I ordered at $55 with taxes & free shipping.. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! STAY AWAY! We placed an order for Final Cut Studio Retail Version 3, and was sent a confirmation email telling us it would be shipped in 3 business days, 6 days later, I call up to their customer support(Outsourced to India) and i am told that the product is on Back order. We did not receive ANY notification that our order was not being shipped as we were previously told. This has cost us the respect of one of our clients that we provide media services for. Despite the Price of their products...STAY AWAY.

Terrible service and experience. Do not shop here. Even if they show up as the lowest price on google, this is one of the worst experiences Ive had shopping online. They have zero communication as the other shoppers have discussed. They have no items in stock and will not notify you until you contact them (and forget about emailing them). A month later I noticed I had not received a refund and contacted them about it - again, no response whatsoever. Verify they have a product in stock prior to ordering and paying. Attempted to order a monitor the website noted one in stock. Saving grace I payed through PayPal. Next day my order still had a status of created. I called, emailed, and finally chat got a hold of some that claimed it was out of stock.They wanted to take time for them to find from another vendor. I said no thank you please cancel my order and refund my money back to Paypal. Well the amusing part was they still kept that one monitor on their site for sail one in stock during and after this ordeal. The next issue when it came to the refund they first claimed that since it was not fully processed my card was not deducted well that was not true. PayPal already sent them the money if it didnt the transaction wouldnt complete. Then after contacting the next day they said they contacted Paypal with cancellation and that was not true. So after I filled a dispute with PayPal I finally received my full refund. I would never go to them again. I should of read all the reviews before I ordered.

Do not use these guys. Sent me a refurbished monitor and when i finally got a response after 3 months they said to contact the manufacturer. Maybe they get by with selling SOME working product but if you get a bad item youre stuck with it. Never again.
