Long did a fantastic job bringing a family chair back to life! Would recommend to family, friends, strangers, etc. for any upholstery needs.

Long and his team do top-notch work! I emailed him pictures of a vintage wingback chair I wanted to get reupholstered/refinished and asked for a quote. He responded within 30 minutes and answered all of my questions, including how many yards of fabric I would need. He also asked for a wood sample they could use to match the stain to my liking, which I appreciated. There was a 3-4 week waitlist, but he put me down and exactly 3 weeks later emailed me to let me know they were ready for my chair.Now, Im a picky person and if Im going to pay hundreds of dollars, I want it to look absolutely perfect (I had already canceled on another upholstery place because when I saw their work, there were small flaws that other people probably wouldnt care about but bugged me). When I went to drop off the chair, I talked with Long about some of my concerns — making sure the piping was perfectly straight, matching the legs to the darker part of my wood sample, etc. He asked thoughtful questions, took notes and even put up with me when, after I got home, I remembered a few other questions and sent a follow-up email (Did I mention Im a handful? ha ha). Unprompted, Long called me when they had finished refinishing the legs so I could take a look before they moved forward with replacing the fabric. If you arent that hands-on, you can still trust Long and his team to get it right, but it was nice to get status updates during the process and know they were being mindful of my expectations.Two weeks after I dropped it off, it was ready and the quote he gave — $350 for the upholstery, $100 for sanding/filling/repainting the legs — held. I look forward to working with Long and his team again and cant recommend them enough!

Fantastic service! They picked up my chair and had it repaired and delivered by the next morning at great price. I highly recommend this business.

Was skeptical at first but very impressed with my results! I replaced my couch cushions and the new cushions are better than when I bought my couch.Also, the price was better than what I was quoted at other places, including online, AND they did the job in less than 24 hrs. I dropped off the cushions at 4:45pm on Monday and picked them up by 3:30pm the next day. Another place in town said Id be without my cushions for a week.I will be going back to get my ottoman fixed.
