Mr. Wayne and staff are WONDERFUL! I’ve never been disappointed by their work or customer service. I called yesterday because I needed to pick up some items but had my baby girl with me and didn’t want to get her out of the car for a quick walk in and walk out. Mr. Wayne was kind enough to bring the items to my car, no questions asked. Serendipity goes above and beyond! I cannot say enough kind words about them!!

Nice store. I ordered a hanging car charm and bracelet. Both items were ready that week. There is a nice purse selection and a lot of baby items if thats your thing. I also noticed that people brought items in to be monogrammed. I live about 2 hours away from here and stumbled upon this treasure while exploring. Id definitely make another trip out here to see the owner and bring a few items to be personalized. Im very satisfied.

The owners are super helpful and very quick service! I went here as a last resort when other similar businesses had a very long turn around time. They knocked out my job in 48 hours and were wonderful. Ill definitely use them again. They have lots of cute gift ideas also!
