Terrible experience with latera. I ordered sample sets from here on 12/12 and didnt hear anything so I emailed two weeks later. I was assured that they would be sent shortly. Another week and nothing... I didnt receive my package until 1/8 with lovely label that was printed on 1/5. Absolutely ridiculous but thats not the worst of it. Rather than the samples I ordered, I received a chunk of counter top and one small piece of the same color. I called on 1/8 and asked for a refund and was told I would recieve one and I still havent seen it. All I want is my money back.

Ive worked with Bo and Devin for over 6 years and they have never let me down. They offer a variety of material: soapstone, quartz, recycled and solid surface at comparable prices. You have to visit the showroom to see the beauty in this material. There is a wide selection of Vetrazzo and you can also custom order. The richness of the colors are AMAZING. I highly recommend this product!
