I love this place. Went on for bungee straps, but always enjoy perusing the aisles. I know it sounds like a mans store but they have a family friendly aisle. If you like crafting, gardening or updating you can find your tools at a good price. Kitchenware, just a pleasant experience.

The variety of tools here is always very good. There are several options for specialty tools I usually see. I appreciated the helpfulness of the cashier up one checkout. The floor space dis not seem cluttered with so many different items near the registers. Items were easy to find overall once I noticed the signage. Thank you

They had just what I needed at a price I was willing to pay. Thats what I like about Harbor Freight. Being a handyman type guy I do a bunch of different kinds of repairs and then general projects. I might need a particular tool once every 2 years and dont need to shell out the cash for a professional quality product. I can get the tool cheaper than renting and it will still be in my tool arsenal in a year or two when I need it again.

Always find what I need and a few extra items. The staff are really upbeat and positive despite it being retail and customers being typically annoying. I would recommend asking where the item youre looking for is, otherwise youll be looking for days, but the deals are pretty good. Watch for special holiday coupons as the 20% offs and the free flashlights are a thing of the past.

As always I enjoy visiting harbor freight locations. This store is clean and well laid out. One of the larger stores in the are so it is easy to get around. The staff is friendly and helpful as should be expected at any HF location. Dont be mistaken, their tools have evolved to be high quality these days and as always at better prices than anywhere else.

A great established, well stocked store for tools and project supplies. Expect to find something you didn’t know you needed. Gloves to welders, hand tools to bandsaws, solar panels to battery charges, floor jacks to zip ties, gas powered water pumps to tarps, etc, etc, etc.

My favorite tool shop. Wide choice of options at reasonable prices. All employees are helpful and courteous. Cant go wrong here.

I love to shop at this place. I can spend a hundred bucks and come out with a cart full of good jusk. Never bought anything that I felt I would need to rely on for daily use at work. But just some haldtools that might use once in while. They got cheap automotive tools that I cant complane about. They worked.

I was greeted warmly and I went to get a compressor the salesperson said let me see if I have it in the back. Came back a little bit he said the compressor was up front for when Im ready to go. The associate also help me to pick out some hardware to go with it to make sure I have the correct size because they hardware does come in different sizes. All in all a very good experience as well as they even loaded my truck up with all the things that I bought. Very good customer service

Mothers day at this store was the best thing a dad could ask for a first visit by his 14 yo Daughter. The cashier was courteous and knowledgeable. The fact the the store had more women working was fantastic.

This store sells low cost tools. The store is small and somewhat crowded with usually only 1 or 2 cashiers.The chances are good the store will carry the tool you need at a good price. Do not expect brand names as the store generally sells their own brand of tools.Do not be thrown by the area as it is somewhat run down, it is still a good store with a lot of inventory.

I bought tons of thousands of dollars worth of stuff at Harbor freight I was always treated with great customer service until I came to this location and the lady at the front desk was very disrespectful put words in my mouth all I need to do is exchange the product that I had a warranty on and they were making up stories acting like I didn’t have a warranty when I had proof of orangey jerod is the worst manager don’t go to this location

Cashiers are VERY rude and literally know nothing about anything. I asked why would you sale a fire safe that has no key (after being told I dunno!? I guess we lost the key and combination) abs no combination the little teenagers 3 working in 2 registers we got completely ignored for 10 minutes after standing at the register the girl was very rude and said well uh maybe that’s why it’s on sale! Ok so you false advertise? Very rude and completely ignorant and the manager was extremely rude too don’t bother with this location

I come here not on a frequent basis but often enough to know my way around. However things have shifted due to covid. A new employee Cactus is an absolute joy! She not only helped me find what I needed but made it a good experience and offered to help me carry it to my car as it was a rather large box for vehicle ramps. She is what everyone should strive to be in customer service!

This really is a great store for what it is. The prices are ideal for the homeowner who does not make a living with his tools. In the past the tools, etc. were not considered anywhere near top quality, but if things failed you, you could always general take it back and they would replace it or refund. In the last couple years, they have invested in a much higher quality of tools, etc. so you can find tools that compete with top brands for less money. As long as you know what you are doing.. its a great store.

They are really upping their game as far as quality goes in the Tool selection. I’m a retired Snap-on Tool dealer of 18 years and Mechanic and in my opinion they’ve really closed the gap. I prefer their Ratchets over the Snap-on ones, they’re thinner head design and finer tooth ratio makes them easier to use in tight spots and they are just as durable. I used to be completely brain washed on Snap-on to the extreme but have since recovered my sanity. Don’t get me wrong, Snap-on makes a good tool but their price is so far out of line that I wouldn’t even consider them anymore

The store has been cleaned up and organized better. It looks good. I went in with a specific job list for this morning. I asked for assistance and was out the door with all of my items in 10 minutes or less. The employees were super helpful.

Had to go to this store to find the part the other store did not have in stock. Layout was the same so easy for me to find.

Great for hand tools. Lifetime warranty on most of those and they are cheap cheap and decent quality. As far as power tools, I have had absolutely no luck with a single one of them, and would not recommend buying anything with a motor from them. If you do, buy any warranty they can offer you on it, as you will certainly need it, especially if you use that tool regularly at all.

The staff was very friendly. Harbor Freoght had the tools and supplies I needed. The store was very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but the employees moved the lines quick.The tools here are decent, but they arent for day to day use. If you need these tools professionally, I would personally do elsewhere. For myself, a DIYer, I love these tools and they work great.

Very Rude. I called to check if they have an item in inventory, straight up told me no. I called other location which they have none but kind enough to check the other stores inventory and told me they have 8 of them. I called them same representative. I ask to transfer me to manger and he was also rude, told me he will check other location and then put me on hold after a min or two just hung up on me wow, great customer service.

Got everything I had on my list. Love this place... Lots of good stuff. You cant find better deals, especially if you use their coupons.

Really low prices. This is the first place you should buy a new tool. Itll be useable and good for the job you have in mind. If you finally use it so much that it breaks, then its time to go somewhere and buy a better and more expensive one. But this should be your first stop for random sideline tools/pumps/brushes/etc

Harbor freight tools is like a wonderland for anyone who likes tools, gadgets, home goods and items to repair things. We have purchased drills, saws, power washer, all kinds of things that wouldve cost much more at the big box hardware stores. They encourage you to purchase warranties on things that could break such as drills or saws, and you can return them before the year warranty is up to replace the item and buy yet another warranty on it so theres really no risk in breakdown. When we make such a purchase, I simply mark them in my calendar to be reminded to get them re-warrantied.

You cant ever go wrong with Harbor Freight. Stuff there is cheaper than most other places and the quality of it is still totally acceptable. They always have huge parking lot sales, which are fun to attend. They provide customers with an endless supply of coupons and freebies. The staff is knowledgable and always there to help with whatever it may be. Ive never been disappointed and Ill always recommend them to anyone. Definately a customer for life. I love Harbor Freight!

Dont listen to snooty, uppity wannabes, there is nothing cheap or disgraceful about owning Harbor Freight tools. Sure, once in a while you run into a tool that could be better, but it usually gets the job done. Also in most cases, keeping in mind youve saved a lot of money, you probably could get it back to spec by sharpening it, tightening, or re-oiling it. I read about and see many professionals going to harbor freight whenever I go there. They are obviously there to buy a cheaper tool to back up their expensive tool, or as a one-off for a one-time job because they just fried their expensive snap-on or DeWalt and they are not ready to buy another one. Ive heard many times that it becomes their main tool. HF must be doing something right.

I encountered a different return attitude and experience than the my Nashville Tn. store where I normally purchase from. Im still thankful for the Harbor Freight opportunity as I travel around the US!

Harbor Freight has amazing tools for low price. Have to love the lifetime warranty on certain tools and when some offer 1 - 2years warranty, take advantage of it. I had one of the 3 ton low profile floor jack malfunction on my outside the 90 day warranty. So glad I bought the 2 years warranty, after saving the original receipt, I brought the product in with original receipt, I was able to exchange the floor jack for a brand new one and opportunity to buy another 2 year warranty. Its better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Harbor freight tools is a great place to browse. As you browse you realize there are lots of tools and other items that you need. Theres plenty to choose from in the store. I found the staff not very helpful because they were quite busy restocking the shelves.

Great place for decent quality tools and stuff you wont use often. I just wouldnt trust anything that moves fast or uses power, like power tools and welding equipment. I dont trust that theyll stay together and not kill me due to cheap build quality.

They didn’t have an item I was looking for, but they helped me by looking up nearby stores to see if they had the item and they told me when the next shipment would come in.
