Whitney has been so good to me. Shes very knowledgeable and very patient. I am not able to get out much, and Whitney will come to my house to do many of the things required for my hearing aid. She always takes her time and makes sure that things are right and that I understand everything. I would highly recommend her.

Whitney is exceptional! She treats my 94 year old Mom like she was her own Grandmother. Always listens, answers questions with patience and takes service to the next level by coming to Mom when she has trouble with her hearing aides and cannot get to the office.

Whitney is such a sweetheart and she treated my grandfather like he was her own. I found her because I had appointment in an office across from her and that person high recommended her. Well she could not have been more right. We had tried an ENT in Douglasville last year and all they cared about was getting through the appointment and then hocking their hearing aids without a real concern about my grandfather as a person. Optimal Hearing should triple her salary, she is a A+++ keeper!

Showed up on time for appointment and was disappointed on how COVID-19 protocol was handled versus what I was told prior to visit. I arrived and office door was open and one employee without mask as well as the person sitting in the chair. I was approached by female not wearing mask and given a clipboard and told to fill out while waiting. At this point another man and woman walked past me into the office with mask on. I was told I would be the only person at the office except for the audiologist and they would be masked up as well as hand sanitizer available. I did not feel comfortable with handling of COVID-19 and left the building. Hopefully others will have a better experience.
