I believe Jason is his name...very polite, helpful and got me the fan I needed in less than 24 hours. Would not hesitate to shop here anytime for needed HVAC supplies. Price was good too...ordered a hub for fan also but new fan came with hub mounted and he refunded my money no questions.

Nice folks had what I needed

I didn’t purchase a unit yet from United Refrigeration but I am going to. I had a small incident with one of three trucks that cause damage to mine on the freeway. It wasn’t the drivers fault for say but a piece of equipment. The Company paid for my towing and all the repairs to my truck and made sure I was ok. I was provided alternate transportation while the truck was repaired and they paid the dealership and towing company direct. The two drivers where very nice and apologetic. Several people from the office manager to the corporate office called me several times to make sure I was ok and personally taken care of.These people are great and very friendly, when someone or a company goes out and of there way to fix an issue like this I can only imagine they have the most outstanding customer service and values.Thank you to all who helped !God BlessRev. Visited this location to purchase a capacitor, but I wasnt sure exactly how to hook it up, due to the fact that it wasnt the same model. The guy (red head) had no idea what he was talking about and told us wrong, after telling us that he was sure that was how it was supposed to go (wires). I am very displeased, its been a week without air in this HOT weather, and I had to tinker with it myself to ultimately resolve the issue.I am very displeased with my service and the cost of the part.

They have what a contractor needs and if not they can get it for us. Good store and good people work here. For the bad reviews: these people are not contractors and this store is a Wholesale store for Licensed HVAC contractors. They do not sell to unlicensed persons and by Georgia Code they are not allowed too. if you want to buy from them go to college like I did and get your HVAC license pay the fees and do the continuing education to keep your license or order the parts over the internet and take your chance. I dont work on cars or operate on people because Im a DIY I go to the pros.

I was asked to help this little old lady because her furnace would not heat. I did this because she couldnt afford to have someone to fix it so I would check it and try to fix it for nothing. I found that the Furnace Air Pressure Switch was not triggering the switch to allow the igniter to come on to start the heat process. I took the part to CC Dickson Co in Carrollton to get a replacement part. I checked online and it was available from many suppliers for around $50, however I want her to have heat as it was going to be cold without waiting a few day to get the part. I was sure the part would be around $100 at CC Dickson Co, but I was willing to pay for it to get her heat. I took the part in and waited till everyone had been waited on and asked if they had the part. The BIG guy that waited on me took a look at me and asked who did I work for and I said no one just helping someone. He then said we dont sell parts like this unless you were with a HVAC company. I said you can order them anywhere and that was that. I that had to order the part to get it in a few days and found a small space heater for her to use until the part came it. I think this kind of service to the worse I have ever seen and yes I understand that some things must be purchased by a Lic HVAC Tech, but the attitude I received was unprofessional and irresponsible for a Co like this as I purchased a igniter for the same furnace last year from the same place without question.

Only reason I’m leaving 1 star is I can’t leave zero. Guy on phone was very rude and had horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
