After reading so many great reviews I thought my family and I would give it a try. There was maybe two families ahead of us. So no crazy wait - or so we thought. The first interesting thing was every order had to be individually written on a post it (the customer wrote it) anyway we paid and sat assuming it would be about 10 min. A bit passes by and suddenly I realized 30 min had passed and we still hadn’t gotten our order. It was two rolled ice creams and 2 milkshakes. Finally almost 45 min of waiting My husband got his order and he was fine with it, something was wrong with my brother in laws so they remade it which took a whole other 10 min and we realized the flavor of the ice cream which was blueberry was an added POWDER flavor. It tasted terrible. Our milkshakes were good but the add ins were wrong. Maybe it was an off day but i don’t think id go back here. Also they lost almost $150+ worth of customers because the wait was so long and families of 4+5 walked out!!!! Really understaffed.

I have visited the store unexpectedly......ordered Taro with Banana, Almonds, Ferrerò rocher along with Strawberry, Chocolate, Butterscotch and Caramel sauce.......it was delicious.....no words to explain.....once I had that eaten it....I was so satisfied that I brought my roommate to store same day and we ordered two other ice cream rolls.....one with coffee base and other with strawberry base.....we both enjoyed eating them and staff were so helpful. We couldn’t wait too long to visit it again and will bring other friends too......to taste these delicious ice cream rolls.

Ice cream places are hard to find. Braums and Andys are good. But this top of the line for ice cream experience. All most too many choices. I keep picking the pre selected options. Ever choice has been good. Watching them construct the dish is a pleasure separate from the eating and sharing your concoction

This has to be one of the hidden gems in DFW Ice cream places. We discovered it a couple of months ago and have been coming here almost every week ever since. While you can make your own flavors, some of the pre selected flavors such as the Mangonada are very unique and to-die-for. Strongly recommend.

Delicious ice cream. Friendly staff willing to help. The staff gave demonstrations of how to make it. The place was clean and well upkept. Relatively cheap ($6 for 1 flavor, 1 mix in, and 3 toppings).

I have driven pass this place so many times and wondered what it was. My husband and I went to try this place out and we were not disappointed. The prices are fair and they even have discount day specials. The price for them range from $4.99 to $5.99. There are many toppings and a great variety to choose from. The lady was friendly and offered suggestions to us and then made our ice cream on a slab of cold metal and rolled our ice cream into cups...it was so much fun to watch. My only complaint is that the KitKat they put in my ice cream was stale and not edible.

This was the best rolled ice cream Ive ever had! Not only do you get a wide variety of ice cream choices and topping choices but the staff was super friendly and went the extra mile to give us the best experience possible! Also was very reasonably priced and have fun weekly specials. Ill definitely be back!

Staff were super friendly and patient, as it was my first time here with my boyfriend, we LOVED how they make it from pure cream right in front of you and everything just seemed very fresh. I really like the idea of ice cream rolls and I recommend coming here because its a friendly, relaxed environment with games and a lounge-couch area to eat ice cream and leave your little mark on their post-it wall

This was the best ice cream place I have ever been too. It can simply not be understated. My wife our son and I went there for the first time tonight. The attendant was patient and explained everything with a smile. As we watched the process of the ice cream having the mix-ins added and everything being rolled up the attendant invited my 2 year old son to sit on the table so he could see the process. While preparing my dessert he told a story about a whale that he was simultaneously drawing with the liquid ice cream. He finished by forming the ice cream rolls and counted them one by one as placed them into the cup. He got my son to count with him and when he noticed we were counting in spanish he joined right along with us counting in spanish. That surprised me because I believe that neither english nor spanish is his first language. Then he made my wifes ice cream by forming it in the shape of a rose. The whole show and service was top notch. I was truly impressed. We sat down to enjoy our ice cream and as we were finishing my wife invited me to try her desert. The flavor was unexpectedly good.On the drive home we were reflecting on the whole experience. The layers of exceded expectations were numerous. First it was the show, then it was the service, but then it was something more all together. It dawned on us that the shop has a chalk board drawing of the flower of life which is a geometric figure that involves 7 concentric circles. That is also the shape the ice cream takes when viewed in the bowl it comes in. Also, the gentleman informed us that the table used to prepare the ice cream is kept at 7 degrees. After all this reflecting it became apparent that this was no ordinary ice cream shop. The people that own and operate this place are absolute masters of their craft. The gentleman helping us was humble and kind, but his skills and service were legendary. The whole experience was overwhelmingly positive and it left me inspired to better myself as a person.

I had never tried ice cream rolls until coming to 7 degrees, and now Im a huge fan. Its easy to build your cup of ice cream, and if youre indecisive like me, they have a list of favorites to choose from. This place is great if you like your ice cream with a bit of chew to it.What I have pictured is vanilla ice cream with peanut butter mixed in, and bananas, almonds, and whipped cream for the topping with chocolate sauce. It was absolutely delicious.

Love, love, love 7 degrees! I had some friends come by and Fruitelicious was closed. We rolled around the corner to the 7 degrees! The big boss put on a show for us and we had a blast! We all were on this dairy-free diet, so we enjoyed almond milk ice cream which was FAB AND DELISH! MY gal pals loved it including the show! It was great fun!I also occasionally order the rolls of ice cream on Uber Eats! It is like 90cent delivery charge, definitely worth it! I think the Uber driver knows me now! Dont forget to tip him! It is SCRUMPTIOUSLY DELIGHT7FUL! Yummy 😋

The employees are extremely rude and said oh great as soon as I and two of my friends walk in the door, even though they did not close for another hour and a half literally. Extremely short, rude, and not a welcoming atmosphere to say the least! I only rated two stars because the ice cream was good, just not the business or faculty. If you want nice people with good attitudes, Id go somewheres else for sure! Thanks.

This was our second time to visit 7 Degrees (we were really in the mood for rolled ice cream). Although it was slow to get our order, it was slightly understandable as they were having issues with their credit card machine. The girl behind the counter was really apologetic and very nice. What specifically bothered me was the placement of the napkins & spoons, which is all the way in the back of the restaurant, nowhere near where you place your order, pay, or even eat. It just seems like common sense to have those items close to the register, especially if you dont provide them with the cup of ice cream. Additionally, they were out of spoons (it was the end of the night, so again, understandable). My wife and I told them, so one employee went back to refill them. As the employee was restocking, I figured he would at least get me a spoon, then go about his duties. Instead, he restocked everything (while my ice cream was melting) and walked past me without bringing a spoon. It just didnt seem like he was very customer-oriented. Although the ice cream was good, that interaction put a bad taste in my mouth.

Who said that ice cream is only for the summertime! An amazing quaint place to grab Thai Ice cream, crepes, shakes and smoothies. You can even watch them in the preparation of the Ice cream (its rolled).

We Came here on a recommendation. I can foresee this place easily becoming one of our favorite spots.The gentleman taking orders was very kind and patient while my family and I picked all of our flavors, he was happy to answer all of our crazy questions, and the best part about it...he did it with a smile on his face! My baby LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the popping boba, so much so that I asked for a small serving of them for her. With no hesitation they asked what flavor she liked and GAVE her a small cup, even though I asked to pay for it, they did not accept my money...Much appreciated-yall are theee best!!! They keep this placed extremely clean, its something we noticed immediately. The moment someone left, the guy at the front promptly cleaned up after them. Way to go! Great ice cream and staff! I mean...what more can ya ask for?!?! *Highly recommend*

I pull up to go in and the attendant walks to the back of the store and does not come back out. My family and I wait 5 minutes and the clerk never comes back out. When does come out a Caucasian woman walks in and he immediately darts from out of the back. I dont use the race card like that but its was pretty obvious he did not want to serve me and my family.

I had a pleasant experience here, & the ice cream was phenomenal!! I will definitely be back. Theres so many options, so you can always make your own up or choose from a list of favorites.

Wonderful ice cream but horrible customer service from the front counter! We ordered three different ice creams which none were finished at the same time and decided to sit outside. Keeping an eye on the inside so we knew when our order would be finished, the first one is brought out but a nice man, then the second was brought out by a very snarky cashier saying we dont normally deliver to your table, you have to stay inside and get it yourself. God forbid you walk ten paces outside and get off your phone. Highly disappointed with this.
