Lived there and was displaced Jan. 2, 2017 when a pine tree not only knocked my trailer (#46) completely off its foundation, if it was not for a power line holding the tree up I would have been killed. The man in the office did not give one rats arse if anyone had been hurt.......It was a very nice place at first. I loved it. I loved my trailer and my neighbors. Very quiet and friendly for the most part. Anything broke it was handled promptly. Do not try to go in with only a partial of your rent, they will refuse then get an eviction notice on you, AND CONTINUE WITH IT AFTER YOUR HOME IS INHABITABLE. I received my notice on Dec 30, 2016. Had not even had a chance to be able to answer the notice before rude tree fell and displaced me and my family on Jan 2, 2017 for that was the day New Years was being observed so the court house was not open. I am disabled and the man in the office informed me I had until the weekend to remove my stuff from a trailer that was deemed dangerous by the fire dept. Please be careful when signing that lease, it says UNTIL PAID IN FULL, NOT WE WILL REFUSE AND NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR MONEY AND EVICT YOU
