Dog to greet you... my kid is a little timid around animals so the barking came close to making us leave. The not being greeted was another miss, but I am a glutton for punishment.... I did make a purchase but dont think Ill be going back for anything.... just not as outgoing or friendly as we are accustomed to... some times we get comfortable because we have a monopoly, no other business in a close proximity. And new people dont matter...I want to say, we should all matter and one shouldmake every effort that clients and customers know they are appreciated. Also all sales final after paying was a little out of order.... that only came out because I asked while being rang up what happens if something is wrong ... but you get the idea. Dont go with big expectations and you should be okay.

I take all my guitars here for work when they need just that little bit of extra attention to play perfectly. Great local music store!

Excellent experience. I asked for the cheapest microphone to get me by and I was extremely surprised by the quality of the product. Also purchased a mic stand which was equally as nice, especially considering its price. This is a quality store.

Not very welcoming when it comes to service and repairs. You would better off going to guitar center.

The store is well stocked and the staff is very competent. They were closed early the last time I went, without notice etc so, 4 stars.

I dropped my guitar off to have is set up and couldnt be happier with their work. Its a 20 year old guitar that needed some TLC and they took care of what was needed while making suggestions on what wasnt. This is how business should be run, imo. B2K are friendly, knowledgeable and offer good work at fair prices.Their gear prices are a little higher than what you canfind online but this is to be expected today. I prefer to support local businesses. 4 out of 5, only because I dont give 5 stars and there isnt a 4.5. Hehe

Welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Store owners are very helpful and informative of their products. They helped my youngest daughter find the right guitar out of the many she tried in their store. She also has been taking lessons there for over a year now. You are welcome to stay in the store during the lessons. Great people, very nice.- Elena Gunter

My son is always welcome to come test the guitars and experiment with stuff and we try not to leave without making a purchase no matter how big or small. We love to support and shop local!!! I’ve been coming here for a while, saw some reviews that people in the store were rude, one of the guys seemed a little cold at first but I think that’s just how he is because I came in with some questions about a problem I was having with my guitar, I wasn’t able to afford a full set up that day but without me even asking he took it to the back and gave me a mini set up (adjusted the truss rod and action) free of charge! I love this place, I don’t know what people are talking about when they say the guys inside are rude or unfriendly? They are always friendly and helpful, and they have dogs!

The guys working there seem to be rude at first, but after you start talking to them, theyre amazing people! Very knowledgeable about the stuff in the store. Loved the dog! Good selection of picks, but straps are a little expensive. This is one of my favorite stores!

The perfect small-town store with a great combination of variety in stock and helpful staff. People there pay attention to what you say, and are able to direct you to what YOU need....not what THEY need to SELL you. Very open-minded people will listen to what you have to say, and give you options you may not think of yourself. One of my favorite places on Earth.

Reasonable prices on musical strings (replaced my violin and guitar) and tuned them both for free!!

Went here to get a recorder and staff was very helpful and friendly. While there I inquired if they carried cellos and if they knew anyone that offered lessons. While they do not carry cellos they researched and found they could order one for me as well as have good ideas on finding someone in this area that might offer lessons.

Terrific service and knowledge. Bought a new Strat there with free set up.

They sell new and pre-owned music equipment of every kind. They also offer repairs at a reasonable rate and do a good job. Never had to return any of the repaired equipment for a redo. They even sell local bands cds. So go check them out!! Not to many people know they are there and drive up to Jackson Music in Dville. Thats what my husbands band was doing for 18 years! I would like to see them carry Atari low lying fog juice ( heavy fog, dissipates moderately. I need that right now.
