Same problem as the other person. They told me expensive Prismacolor has partially shipped, I emailed and no one has responded. Im starting to wonder if this company is a rip off. At least let your customers know the status etc. Never order from them again. Go to Jerrys artarama or Cheap Joes. BLAH...

Ordered Prismacolor colored pencils from penmountain 7/1. By the 10th havent heart anything so I call. He said there Warehouse was bare and everything was on back order. No post warning people it was anywhere on their page. Called again a couple days ago. He said it was refunded but it has not been on my end. Man mentioned that that transaction was supported by a platform owned by BigCommerce. Both businesses are in Texas. I called BigCommerce. They said they do not handle transactions and billing. Am I being lied to here? Still no return call. This is ridiculous, if you have already spent the money and dont have it. Ok. But if you do, I expect to get my money refunded..
