I worked with John at Custom Box Makers and they manufactured beautiful drawer-style rigid boxes exactly to my specifications. I was very impressed with the quality of the product, especially given that John was rescuing us from a botched job done by another company. Not only did they meet expectations on quality and communication, they also packaged the boxes quite expertly for shipment. While the previous company just stuffed all the boxes in crates, Custom Box Makers actually took the time to plastic-sleeve all of our drawer-boxes, and nestle them in bubble wrap for safe transport. Nice touch for a company that offers free shipping! The only reason I give 4 out of 5 is, I did have to chase them a little. But in the end, it was worth the wait.

I wish I could give Corey and his team 100 stars. I first had this project started in 2020 and then my business and life went to hell in a handbasket. I had to put everything on hold. Recently, just when I was thinking of picking this project back up, Corey reached out and politely asked if I was ready to get started again. From there...things moved SO fast. They totally understood what I wanted and were able to get my artwork placed right where I wanted it. The boxes were made and shipped lightening fast. They are gorgeous and just what I wanted. Thank you to the whole team for being patient and so easy to work with!

Michael Wells at Custom Box Makers turned disaster into delight. We needed a small run of boxes to mimic our product as a Christmas gift this year. We are filling them with individually wrapped chocolates. I submitted a box I found online and the design idea along with pictures of our product. I will be honest, the first drafts were disastrous. I was disappointed and to be candid - mad! But Michael kept his cool and stuck with the project until we designed and received a box that will make a memorable gift. Michael came up with the door opening tab that made it special. The price was very fair and end product worth every penny. Persistence and listening made this project work.

Called Michael and his team for the customized boxes order on the recommendation of my friend. I was ready to hear a negative response as I wanted my delivery in thanksgiving holidays but to my surprise, he understood my situation and started working on my order. The price he quoted was very reasonable with no extra charges for fast delivery. We just received our shipment in the morning and I am extremely happy with the results. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are NOT local and Ive had so many issues its ridiculous. First of all, they let off like they were local to us in Texas but all of the work is done and sent from Sri Lanka. We were promised our stuff within a week and it took a month. Also, we sent them the art work and they redid it and at first glance, it looked fine, but now somehow they misspelled about 25 different words on the ingredients, instructions, etc. ITs absolutely terrible.
