Always no pressure, but they are there when you need them, and free local delivery. Wonderful furniture store. I bought a recliner here and hope to get our next couch here as well.

Good selection sales staff did not hover

Very clean and helpful. Brian didnt put pressure on us and let us look around for a round kitchen table. We left not buying cause they didnt have what we wanted but no other place didnt either. I will go back for other furniture for sure

Definitely a caring and understanding staff working through the covid outbreak. I went in knowing what I was looking for, and was able to be dialed in for the proper mattress we were looking for. They have a nice selection of furniture there, and I would drive there again for my next furniture purchase, they treat you great there.

JM Furniture is the only place we ever shop for furniture. We recently had a minor issue with one of our sofas and called the store manager, Janet. From start to finish it was a quick and professional process. The customer service manager, Steve called and set up an apt. And took care of the problem. Thank you to Steve and Janet . We will be back .

Bought a recliner & in three years it has broken down 3 times. 2 of the service calls were were under warranty the 3rd wasnt. The customer service guy had a lot of excuses as to why it was my fault. Terrible customer by this man. No one at JM would hear or listen to my concerns. Management wouldnt listen to me. All they could do was say how good these chairs were. When it breaks down next I cant call JM because of their service department is horrible. The service guy even wrote down that I weighed 300 pounds, never weighed that much in my life. Service with an attitude. JM furniture Steve is horrible. Nightmare customer service by Steve.

Seems like a small showroom but its not, its very large with amazing custom furniture for you to order---or just browse and order something from stock I cannot wait to come back to order a custom couch. You can also buy oriental and western rugs of varying sizes. Surprisingly, many of the furniture is made in the USA. JM tags show you the type of wood and the country of origin. Relaxed atmosphere.

They have some nice furniture and bedding they also have reclining chairs that really are great but everything is priced pretty good.

Tami and Janet from each store were very helpful and friendly even though I arrived close to closing time at both stores. They offered a seamless customer service experience. Im excited to receive my sofas.

Customer Service was excellent. We had special requirements, which they met. A recliner less than $400 and in stock to take away. Twice, as the first one was too big for the person we were buying for. We left satisfied.

I like JM Furniture you can go in without a lot of hassle, the furniture is less expensive than other places, but it seems to be just as good. Their staff is always helpful, and you can buy on credit with no interest if you pay it back in one year!
