I had my daughter’s bikes fixed/assembled/etc. soo many times at this shop. And always had the best experience. Excellent customer service and very helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff. I will never go anywhere else. Very good people. Thank you guys very much!

Placed an order for a bike bag. They took the payment and never shipped items. I contacted them and they indicated the item is on backorder and I should have read the warnings that some items may not be available.I requested a refund and they did respond quickly and provided the refund.

The young man we spoke with there was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all our questions. I would highly recommend you visit them if you are in the market for an electric bicycle.....

They sent me wrong me two mismatched items and didnt give me a heads up so had to return. We had our hiccups to say the least but eventually it was all worked out and they worked with me to correct the issue. Thank you for the prompt refund.

I ordered something on their website, anfd it has been 9 days, still has not shipped. Just says awaiting shipment. It is taking forever.Edit: company reached me, and we came to a resolution. Order was out of stock.

Went in for a bike tune up and new inner tubes, and they did the tune up but noticed that it didnt need new innertubes, bc the old ones had Slime in them, so they saved me some money.

For now low reviews as my items have bean paid for for over a week and still not shipped!!
