I went here today in early afternoon and there were 2 guys working each with a customer and then me looking at phones. That was it. Not that crazy busy.I needed a new phone today. In the time I was there ...some kind of acknowledgment would have been nice. One of the guys customers finished and he was typing stuff in but never even looked at me.They lost my business. I guess I will try Verizon on Topsy.

Overall I am a Verizon customer but this location I have mixed emotions about. Everytime I go in there always seems to be something wrong. Last time came in with cash in hand to buy a Samsung watch they kept trying to finance it even though I was willing to pay, open a new line and everything that went with it. The young man kept reminding me we close at 7. He also was informative about how he made no commissions that day but instead of making the sale I was pushed off and have NOT returned for the purchase. Id love to support the business truly but lack of motivation or a bigger issue is occurring and everytime I try to support this specific shop I run into issues. I will give the shop another chance a different time due to the staff that do care, which is also why I gave 3 stars instead of 1

Honestly, did some research on a phone for my wife. Went in and talked to them about what I wanted and deals they had. Came back to do the upgrade the phone and they had to order . They said they would call us when it take . They never did. So I knew the phone was delivered so we went in to get this all taken care of. Now started doing doing all the up grade stuff and just to make sure I asked to make sure we where doing the deal that was mentioned when I first came in and low and behold that deal expired. Now at this point I was pretty mad but Alex the new store manager was able to take care of use. He did everything he could to not just upgrade my wifes phone but was able to gives us more information on some phones feature and routs we can take to get a better phone. Alex turned this situation from bad to really good. He took care of us and is one of those people that care about the customer and what they want. Thank you Alex. You have use reliable information and took care of use. So if you go here ask for Alex

I switched my phone service from Sprint to Verizon. The first time I went in the associate was not very eager to help and I got nowhere and had to come back 3 more times to deal with him. When I was leaving another customer who dealt with him made a comment saying - That guy does the minimum and he was of no help to him either - the next time I went in a different associate was working and she was eager and competent and able to make the switch without any problems. My data and phone number was transfered and I am very pleased.

I always had a good experience there. What I was most happy about is not being rushed out the door. Savanah made me comfortable, easy to deal with, and knew exactly what to look for. Great service. It was a pleasant experience since a lot of places are not so pleasant these days. Thank you.

Elise was our sales representative and she was amazing to say the least. We switched carriers so it is important that we know everything about our phones, of course. Elise has very high knowledge about everything in the store, she was very clear and she got everything done in a timely manner. I wish I received that kind of customer service everywhere I went! I use to hate the idea of being with any other carrier the one I use to be with but she made the switch stress free and exciting! Thank you for improving my life tenfold with our new phones and wayyy better service and better prices!

Savana was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and so very polite. The co worker on the other hand did nothing but run down my brand new Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max and had only negative things to say about Apple. I was quite offended with him! He was not even the person helping us! Savana was just so good.

After waiting in our car for 1 hour and 20 minutes with 1 customer inside, i finally called the store and he got us right in since we only needed a screen protector. Maybe you should ask the customer what their business is to maybe make things better for more than 1 customer at a time.

Was called in for a Black Friday promotion. An associate(cant remember his name), told my wife and I if we get either a tablet or hum device we would get $30 off our bill, minus the $10 charge for the service of the device, so a net of $20 Off on our bill. Sounds too good to be true right? We went with the hum,they fooled us. Not only did we not get the promotional rate, but the device of itself did not work. So after trouble shooting with Verizon for months, we were charge shipping and restocking fees after they shipped us three different replacement devices that also did not work.So I went in to see if the place I bought it from can do anything, victra. Josiah, the sales manager agreed to take back the device and the termination fee would be reversed. So now I am up to month 5 with no results. I am out $150 bucks after this ordeal. You would think a black Friday special would save you something. Not the case with victra, which is a subsidary of Verizon by the way. Victra essentially ruined my relationship with Verizon. I hope this review helps someone in the future to not buy from this store. I will happily reconsider my review if I do receive my refund. But I wont hold my breath as they havent followed through on anything so far.**ADDED**Victra did call and help get me sorted out with this fiasco. I will upgrade my review appropriately.
