Didnt end up purchasing anything or getting any services here, and Im only putting a rating because I desperately needed an eyebrow wax, and wanted to get my hair cut, if possible. The salon and brow bar are both closed and probably wont be open until September! The lost stars are due to not being able to see online that they are closed. I hadnt called because I was out and about and ended up at the store about 10 minutes before they opened.Anywho, the reason that I still gave three stars was because the store was clean, looked well stocked, and the ladies that were working there were very friendly.

Had a very nice woman finally come and help me hadcl been in there for awhile couldnt find anyone . She finally came and helped me was really nice.

Every time I go in here everyone is really nice. I’ve been visiting the store for years and someone always asks if you need help. Today several people helped me picked the right color of concealer for me and I thought it turned out great!

I went in needing a straightener but I had a lot of questions and was looking for something very specific. The first employee I approached tried helping me but said someone else would have more information to help me better and she called that employee over and I was very satisfied with how helpful and nice she was. They have someone Im sure with expertise in any department you are looking at and can answer any questions you may have.

Black Friday with some great deals and overall, the ladies were helpful; however, at checkout, I did 2 transactions. The first was completed and with the second, I asked for $100 on my debt card and gave a $100 bill and 3 cents for the bill total of $159.03. Should have got change of 40.97. The tall young lady wasnt getting it while staring at my 100 bill, as I was asking for my change. Simple math. You had 100 in cash and were paid 100 on debit card. Im owed change. The manager had to come over and redo my entire order and go figure, my new bill is $146.19!! So I wound up saving $12.84! So on top of basic math, I was overcharged on my original transaction!! Wow! Between the 2 transactions I spent roughly $250.00. The store wasnt busy and I was at that time the only customer.Bottom line, I asked for my change and was made to feel like I was doing something wrong. Wasnt me...pay attention if youre using cash or splitting a transaction.

The girls up front are very helpful. They knew exactly where the item was that I was looking for and when I asked about a certain color that would be best to go with my hair color, they recommended the right choice. Very nice store.

Fun. Fun. fun. So many fun new things to check out & try. Facial products, bath, hair, make up, any and all toiletries. Fun mini sizing to try new products. Hand sanitizer available. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Might definitely be expensive, but you cant beat the products available with any other store

I had to exchange a Christmas gift as the bottle of Grace Perfume was broken and half the perfume was gone when I opened the box.Ulta exchanged my gift with no questions asked. Unfortunately they didnt have the same item. I was able to get something else, hassle free.

This is not my kind of place, but my wife seemed to have a good time and someone took a moment to ask us if we could use some help finding something, which we did. Once redirected, all the glitter and flashy items seem to divide and reveal the brand sought after.It was clean and well organized. Overwhelming for some.

Theyre nice here, I just wish they had more variety in products. They have a good variety but compared to other ultas this one is tiny and has the essential brands.

An Ulta employee accused me of lying when I ask her that I bought face mask and the sale was but 2 get 2 free, when I get home I realized I do not have the free ones I waited until my next day off and ask the employee and according to her, she check the cameras from that day and I got them all but it is not true - finally she said that I misplaced them or lost them;(. How can I contact the Regional Manager? She thinks I am Lying and maybe trying to rob them ( in front of my 10 year old daughter) Please contact me through here.

Due to Covid, all the testers are unavailable, but if you dont like the product, you can return it. We bought a lipstick, went to the car, and tried it. It didnt look good and immediately returned it. The customer service was excellent!

The girl at the cash register was extremely helpful!! Didnt get her name but she did have tattoos, very nice and helpful!!! Bought #7, dry shampoo, travel hair spray and she went above and beyond to get me little applicators to put on eye shadow, helped find 2 great discounts on my phone and in store.👏👏

This store is amazing! For someone like me that has ABSOLUTELY no knowledge of hair care, skin care, or makeup, walking into a store like this is extremely intimidating. But I must say, every single employee here was welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely go back here as I continue my new found beauty regimen!!! Thank you!!!

We walked in 20 minutes before closing to grab a couple items that we needed. As we were walking around grabbing our items we were being followed and rushed by one of the workers. She kept repeating that they were closing soon and we knew that and were watching our time. The one closing warning when we walked in was enough, we did not need a worker following us. As soon as we go up to pay the lady at the register was also rushing us. I was paying with a gift card and she snatched it from my hand and tried to swipe the card herself when I was more than capable of doing it myself and then she was pushing all of the buttons for me on the card reader. By the time we walked out of the store there was still 5 minutes until their closing time. Them rushing us like that was unnecessary and very rude.

It blows my mind that the managers here are able to speak to their customers the way Ive encountered on multiple occasions as of late. Ronnie the prestige manager is so rude and confrontational anytime anyone has a mild complaint or issue that it is mind blowing. This manager gives you attitude, argues with you, throws her hands up to stop you mid sentence and patronizes people who drop hundreds of dollars at this store. She has absolutely no time to even listen before she shuts you down and essentially tells you too bad so sad I don’t make the rules call customer service. How did I go to a store give them my money and be left to feel uncomfortable, upset and unwelcome. Do better Ulta

It was my birthday today and I walked into the store and ask about my gift that I usually get for my birthday. I asked the one girl that was standing there about my gift and they said that they go based on email people received. One of the girls that had more make up then a clown said because they actually cost money we need to have that email. Theses two girls had no customer service and were very snobby. Thanks for ruining my birthday. Never going back to that store. Super rude.

I like Ulta Beauty.Great products.This particular location had slow cashier service.For some reason, they only have one girl ringing up customers. Dont they want people to buy things and not stand in a crazy long line? I almost left because the line was so long.Even though the wait was long, the cashier was very pleasant. And, as I mentioned, the products are great!

I was in for an online return my cashier was helpful somehow the system was asking for a manager approval. When the girl asked for assistance from her manager she got a good response yes Ill be with you let me finish with the client Im assisting. I understand and the cashier apologized for the wait. We both waited for the manager. When she was done she passed by the cashier and did not stop to help her with my return. We both looked at the manager like did she seriously just left. The girl called another manager for assistance since Id had been waiting for bit. Meanwhile the other manager is looking at the mac cosmetics 🤷‍♀️. I got the help and I dont mind waiting. As a supervisor I felt bad for the girl than anything because is frustrating when you have a manager/supervisor and instead of helping walks out on you.

Had the best experience, had my eyebrows done before work. She went above and beyond, she added concealer to insure I wasnt red and puffy at work. they look amazing.I have a new eyebrow girl

Got my eyebrows done at the benefit brow bar and the lady was super nice! My eyebrows came out beautifully. Would recommend going there since they know what theyre doing.

Never coming here again....well to the brow bar for sure never coming to ever again. Girl was rude the first time I met her 2 days prior and it continued today when I had a 11AM apt. I got here 15 minutes early but she wouldnt be ready for me until after 11. So she was late. So Im standing there waiting because I dont need anything else and she is shooing me. She said you can go browse, Ill get you when Im ready fast forward. Shes ready. I sit down.....now Ive had my eyebrows done at a brow bar for some time now. In different states and they have all been the same....ask how you want your brows, trace your brows and ask if this shape is ok. Girl did none of the above. Went straight into working on my brows. When she was done she didnt conceal or fill in brows like everywhere else. She didnt talk to me at all. Puts my paper on the table and says to pay at the front. The total opposite attitude she had as the client before me. Never again will I be seeing Mayra(?) Ill drive an hour to Sparks instead where Mercedes takes excellent care of me

I was scheduled for an appointment at the hair salon on July 3rd. Apparently the person that I had been scheduled with did not show up for work. Neither the store manager called or the salon manager to advise me that my appointment needed to be cancelled. I cancelled a vacation over the holiday weekend in order to keep the appointment and when I went in there was one hair stylist there already working on a client. I waited at the desk for over 20 minutes before she would even acknowledge me and then when she did she was so incredibly rude I was slackjawed at how she spoke to me. Her words exactly were, what do you want? I explained that I had an appointment and with who and she said, DO YOU SEE HER HERE? I was dumbfounded. The next thing this person said to me was, well that sucks for you.I asked for the store manager and was referred to the girl up front who could have cared less that I had an appointment and the stylist did not show up for work. I have not been back since.. This was the Casron City NV store

There are a few things I specifically buy here: Real mascara and It face makeup. This time I also bought some eye shadow. Had a hard time finding what I really wanted because they dont carry Smash Box which is the brand of eye shadow I usually buy.

If I could give no stars I would. Im very loyal, high paying customer at Ulta. I have always had nothing but good experiences. However the new employees really need to learn some manners. I called ulta and an employee by the name of Gigi answered. I asked her if she had a product in stock I needed for my hair. I have called in and asked about a product being in stock tons of times before and they will always go and check for me. Anyways, she told me uhmmm you would like have to drive to the store and come check. What? I told her can you please check for me...as I live about 30 minutes away and did not want to drive that far and it be out of stock. She then proceeded to get an attitude and said ugh hold on. I waited on hold for almost 10 minutes!!!! To have someone else come back on the phone and say can I help you? ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I told her the same can you please check for this product in stock. She told me WE WILL CALL YOU BACK. I never received a call back and I had to drive the 30 minutes just to see if a product was in stock. PLEASE HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES.

This is a great store because it has many different beauty suppliers. They also have a great staff. They are there to help you find what you are looking to get.

I Was in there and an older lady was supposedly dusting. If I walked to one side of the store she was there. If I walked to the other side of the store she was there. Then all of a sudden another employee comes behind me if she can take my bag behind the register. They thought I was stealing... made me feel so embarrassed and uncomfortable. Never going in there again.

Prices can be pretty high on some products, but when they have sales, its somewhere I like to shop.

I am not one to complain often but EVERY TIME I come into Ulta I get the cold shoulder from the employees because I am not a Barbie doll OR they follow me through the store assuming I am going to steal because, quoted by an employee herself, I dont look like I can afford expensive makeup. That comment sent me somewhere else, as I already have self esteem issues. When your store hires I suggest you worry about something more that physical image, like how these girls are going to approach your customers. I am not the only person who feel judged walking through the doors of your store. But I feel you will delete this comment because its not five stars & take no action to ask your employees to have a better attitude working.

I went in to return some items that were on sale during the 21 days of beauty. I didnt realize I was charged full price for the items I bought, the 50% discount wasnt applied at the time of purchase. The person at the cash register, I believe her name was Jeannette was extremely rude. I told her that the makeup had not been used. That if it was possible to apply the discount since they made a mistake ringing the items full prize. This lady went on and on about how ulta never has sales for 50% on too faced brand cosmetics. She even told me that she is the one working at ulta, that she knew what she was talking about. I finally decided it was best just to return the items and stop arguing with such rude lady. Her attitude was very unprofessional and unnecessary. I always shop at ulta and this was the first time ever a staff member is this disrespectful.

I love ulta but my experience here was unsatisfactory. I began out seeming to be the only costumer and as I tried to find the products I needed I watched as a group of their employees had a gossip session rather than greeting or helping me find anything. By the time I found the products I was looking for there was a line at the cashier with no cashiers, when then finally sent people to the front after 5 minutes the lady I saw didnt apologize for the wait rang me up then proclaimed to the world how much I was spending and other guests just looked at me. I definitely did not appreciate letting everyone else know in the whole store what I was spending. Hopefully this store improves.

All of the sales personnel seems to be in a hurry. No one seems to have patience to help customers, showing choices or giving suggestions. Not impressed.

My expirience at the salon at ulta beauty was amazing the hair coloring and bleaching is beyond great many extra hair care products were used they were very acomidating and Kathy Lange is the best hair stylist and salon manager i have ever met defanitly recomend for new coustomers and if you are looking for a better one ! I wish I could give them a lower score.I went in there today looking for a matte green eye shadow knowing my odds were pretty slim, one girl was happy to help and showed me a few different brands but we couldnt seem to find anything no big deal. It was friendly and pleasent.Where it took a turn was when she asked one of her coworkers if she knew of any brands that might have a single matte green eye shadow. The girl helped look for a minute and then went i think nyx is your best betI told them both thank you and Ill manage with what I can. As I turn around to head to check out I hear the two girls talking and the second one just go ya that is literally not worth my timeIts like a mean girls club in that ulta. Not the first time Ive heard workers bad mouthing customers. Might as well just order online since their jobs are literally not worth their time.
