Very rude. I asked about getting a bracelet engraved and was abruptly told they don’t engrave any “outside products.” Everyone talks about supporting small business but when I get this type of service and attitude I don’t feel the least bit bad about taking my business elsewhere. You have engraving equipment and I’m not expecting it to be done for free, but clearly if I didn’t buy from them they don’t need my business. Ok suit yourself, I’ll drive to Reno and so will my family and friends

Rude, does not return phone call messages and evidently does not want ANY business of ANY sort!!!

They printed a name tag incorrectly for our club in early November and I sent them an email. No reply. I called and got a message that due to workload nothing would be done until the the beginning of the new year. I have sent emails and now the phone is disconnected so I suspect these guys just skipped town without providing the service we paid for.
