Tech was pleasant. Service was timely. My beef is the amount they charge for the tech.He replaced 2 small shower windows. The glass was $186.00 The tech charge was $275.00. I recommend to shop around. Unless your in a bind. It was over $460.00 for 2 small windows.

Very poor customer service. Capital Glass quoted a full home window replacement for me in an older home. I struggled to receive the proposal and requested updates (they would send to the wrong email from previous occupant of the house, or it would get lost with personnel turnover). I was never able to reach the estimator through phone or email and he never did return my messages.After several weeks of trying to work with Capital Glass on a proposal and get to an order, I finally went with another company who was much more responsive and professional.

My experience was amazing. All of the staff was friendly and helpful and I was in and out in no time. It has the usual covid-19 protocol but it was quick and easy. Call before you go.

Had all 4 wheels replaced on our sliding screen door as one was broken. They repaired it quickly and the price for parts and shop time was more than reasonable. We dropped it off to a counter person named Dan, he treated us well, when we picked it up the person who we dealt with had a recent rotator cuff surgery he actually took the time to dial us in on the proper wheel adjustment. They even load it on your truck. Its nice to see a business with employees who know what they are doing. We highly recommend this place.

I have so many kind words to about my experience with Capital Glass. We opened our new Salon space, and were on the search for custom mirrors, and glass for our new bar. We were referred to Capital Glass, and the experience was amazing. Not only did the deliver the glass and make it so easy, but they have cont. to follow up with us and make sure we are happy and have everything we needed for our Grand opening. I love the small business experience they gave us.

Soon-to-be to tacky no old school nothing for the older generation if you dont if you dont have a computer specially cant cant buy glass there I dont understand why they cant just use the old-fashioned way pen and paper or maybe I was just too lazy I figure since I had the money and I was going to buy glass why should I do all the work let them do the work for me
