I am not the greatest at making these kinds is posts but I felt that the folks here deserve some recognition. They were quick, convenient, and willing to put up with my silly questions. If anyone needs help with hearing issues or finding a good pair of hearing aids I recommend this place highly. Thanks again everyone!

My Dad has always had ringing in his ears, and the last few years have gotten worse. He had a very informative and thorough hearing aid evaluation with Dr. Dean. The patient care coordinator Liz was able to check his insurance benefit before his appointment, so he would know what was covered and how much out of pocket he would be. It was an amazing deal, and since wearing his aids he has seen significant improvement. He has also had follow up visits with Dr. Gurries for fine tuning. My Dad has had the most wonderful experience with both Dr. Dean and Dr. Gurries. They are knowledgeable and genuine. We would recommend anyone seeking hearing care to please call Liz and make an appointment with either doctor. You will not be disappointed!

Dr.Dean and her staff were very prompt and professional. I didnt have to wait when I got there. Dr. Dean explained the test results thoroughly and made it easy to understand. She helped choose the right hearing aid for me, set it up, and explained all the features. I was very glad I went there and highly recommend going there. I had the best experience here! Dr. Dean is just so nice! She managed to get me in for a hearing test ASAP and I had my hearing aid within a week! Liz, the lady upfront was incredible, she really worked with me and kept me informed on the status of my hearing aid. I recommend them to everyone! I absolutely will be back!!!

Heather Dean my audiologist is awesome. She explained to me how to use and clean my new hearing aids and she fine tuned them with her computer. I can hear. I can actually hear again. I am so so happy. Thank you so much!😊

I am 31 years old with hearing loss and tinnitus. I went to Sierra Nevada Hearing Aid Center not knowing that I was going to be leaving there with a brand new pair of ears! The staff and Doctors are all amazing individuals and were able to answer all my questions. They continue to still help me to this day if I have any issues with my Hearing Aids. Great location in Gardnerville Nevada. Dr. Dean is extremely pleasant courteous and explains the hearing tests in a manner a novice will understand. When I received my hearing aids Dr. Dean went over the steps to easily use them. She adjusted them and advised how to use the Bluetooth and Thrive app.I highly recommend Dr. Dean if you are in need of a hearing test and or hearing aids.

My husband has been wearing aids for more then 30 years and his hearing has been getting worse. This year when it was time for new hearing aids we chose to go to Sierra Nevada Hearing Aid Center. So very glad we did!!! My husband hasnt heard this well in many years. There is also a TV device with remote control that works by bluetooth. He now hears TV through his hearing aids much better then he did when he was using a head set for TVs. The hearing aids have helped in other area of our life too.

I met with Heather Dean who was very friendly but in a professional manner.I was given all the testing and resulted in purchasing my hearing aid.She told me I could call her at anytime if there were any problems.I would recommend her to others who may be in need of this service.

The STARKEY Livios 2400 are my third set of hearing aids purchased and configured by Dr Dean. The Starkey are great because of the new features, reduced size and especially hands on management by Dr Dean. During the purchase made December 3, 2019 Dr Dean and staff worked with my insurance company enabling me to have the new aids for the busy holiday season.
