Well everyone, I cant really judge the entire store, because it was the first time I went there, and I only went for one thing. So I only have personal knowledge of the service, the item I was looking for, and from what I saw. And this store is a really big store! I was impressed how much room they had to shop for groceries- spaced out from the hot food section, the bakery, the meat counter, and also the eatery and dining tables. Yes all In a Hispanic market. Friendly service, and a wide variety of Mexican bread and pastries to choose from. Will visit again.

Sadly, I dont frequent this place enough, but thats about to change. What drew me in this time was the possibility that they would carry Coca Cola made in Mexico. And they did! Why is that so important? Because, unlike American soft drink manufacturers, Mexico does not use high fructose corn syrup in their sodas, and, for me, thats HUGE. Google high fructose corn syrup if youd like to find out why.

It was comfortable and the environment was very Mexican style in foods, and the singer came to our table and we ask him to sing 2 sons in spanish.. and it was simple but memorable.Will go there again soon.

Hacienda is a nice place with a good panadaria and taqueria. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because some of the employees were not following current health and safety protocol with masks and washing of hands, etc..

Went to this place for the first time today and ordered two burritos both where disgusting cold not even wrapped right both burritos fell apart tortilla was hard just not good at all and way over priced

Not surprised! They used to be one of the best places to eat in Carson city. I think they have gotten too big for their britches. Ordered a veggie burrito, came with rice beans and guacamole. Of which she charged me for extra guac! $40 for 4 burritos! And if you want salsa... Good luck, they keep it under lock and key. Certainly dont ask for more.

Hacienda is an extremely clean store. The employees were helpful and friendly. Today was my 1st visit, but I most definitely plan on a return trip soon.

This is actually a grocery store which has a restaurant in it. The food is wonderful!!! The the place is clean, and the owner will take you on a tour. Their meat is beautiful, and the thing I really enjoy is the pastries. Oh my gosh! I had a chocolate donut last night that was the best Ive ever eaten.

I love this store!! The owners are such great people! Whenever I need beef shanks for soups or stews this is my go to place! And the bakery is off the charts delicious. If you live anywhere in the Carson Valley you have got to go to this great little market! And especially east Carson because its a very handy little market to zip into for bread, milk, eggs, whatever! Love this place! ❤️

This place is not a place I go full grocery shopping as the prices in that aspect are way too high for us, and they tend to not have much selection. BUT, I do keep my eye on the sales, their marinated meat is fantastic! Got some chicken & pork and made some great tacos with it, along with their sour cream, guacamole & guacamole salsa, oh my gosh their stuff is the best!!! Also, their little restaurant has great food, great prices. I got the chicken nachos & my Husband got fajitas and they were super good. Best spot to find an awesome selection of candy for low prices. Just sticking to Walmart for grocery items is all.The store itself is clean and has a great friendly upbeat positive atmosphere with friendly service.

Love this place. Their fresh meats are good, great produce, homemade chicharrones. I suggest at the very least a visit. Oh, and they have decent restaurant on one side to boot.

Quality meat too expensive along with their restaurant food, $12.00+/lb. for merinated carne asada. 2 torta milanesas and a side of beans and rice for $32.00. Ill know better next time.

Hacienda has a market, and a grill.Market: 5 Stars. Very good selection of meats at a fair price, very clean.Grill: 1 star. Paid $9.60 for chicken nachos, received tortilla chips smothered in cheese and very little, if any, chicken. Reminded me of airport food.

I know its a Mexican restaurant but every time I order here, they mess my whole order up because the guy making the food cant read or speak English. The food is good aafter they finally somewhat get it right. They need to get someone that can understand English so they stop messing up orders. I keep giving them a chance but this time drew the line.

As supermarkets go this is a very clean well-organized place. It has a great meat department, a lot of variety with fish, chicken, pork, and beef. There is also a deli at the other side of the store and a liquor department. Everything you need in one place, like a Superstore

Update, the market is fine, but the taqueria has problems. 1) youll never get a consistent dish anymore, and 2) the only place they post prices is in the menu, but when you order, everything is $1 or $2 more than the listed price. Ive let them know that they NEED to post updated prices somewhere, or they MUST charge what is printed. The tip jar is empty, in my case because they already took an extra $2 from me. I paid $8.99 for a Machaca plate, but in the menu, it says $6.99. Good luck, I very likely wont be back.

New place, good place! Dont think you are getting a restaurant it is a grocery store... but the food counter is amazing. They do have tables for you to sit at. I think they need to look at the refill rules.

I absolutely love Hacienda! It is the best market, taquiera, and carniceria that we have in Carson. If you havent tried the restaurant, I HIGHLY recommend it. Some of the best Mexican food locally. Great produce and great prices. An all around amazing place.

Really good tacos from the grill. And you can eat there and then buy some groceries, with some wide array of imports from Central/South America. The staff is super friendly too.

Very impressed with customer service and fresh products. The little restaurant inside has became a favorite for street tacos. (Pastor is the best one).

Best marinaded meat in town. Super cheap too. Love the guacamole, Pico and habanero salsa. The tacos on Tuesday special are a great value too!The fruits are cheaper there than anywhere else in town. Check it out! You wont be disappointed!

UPDATE: after calming down I returned to speak with Management and give them a business card with ADA Service Dog Laws. The two gentlemen I spoke with were very nice and assured me they would not only educate the rude employee (they offered to fire her but I felt education was what was most needed) AND to educate ALL employees on Service dog Laws not only for protection of disabled people like me but for the good of the Business as they DO DEAl with FAKE SDs on occasion AND have to abide by HEALTH CODE LAWS. THANKS to the MANAGEMENT I can feel confident in shopping there again!!!I’m leaving my original post as I feel that it a good cautionary tale for other businesses in CC on how NOT to treat disabled customers without educating your employees on SD Laws. (Will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! I was told I couldn’t be in store because my SERVICE DOG didn’t have a VEST on which are NOT Required BY LAW both NEVADA AND FEDERAL! I tried to educate the woman employee on ADA laws and was told I was WRONG and had a rude attitude! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!! I’ve been shopping there for over two years WITH my Service Dog and NEVER had a problem before.. my SD was wearing a leash wrap identification that I tried to show her several times but she chose to ignore it till I was already ANGRY with HER RUDENESS. She then told me to “just get it our purchases and leave” which we left Without purchasing anything as I didn’t even get a chance to even shop before she confronted us for NO REASON. FYI My SD was doing his job and nothing else. She saw us enter store and IMMEDIATELY came over with a CONFRONTATIONAL ATTITUDE towards me.. WHICH set off my DISABILITY.LEARN SERVICE DOG LAWS BEFORE YOU GET YOUR COMPANY SUED!!!I’m SICK of UNNECESSARY confrontations by UNEDUCATED employees! AND FAKE SDs IN VESTS.)

Great tacos and everything, but who puts cucumber in ceviche, come on now that was the absolute worse taste ever to go with shrimp ceviche and i have had all different variations of it. but no to the cucumber.

I dont eat much, but I left this place hungry after eating lunch. I ordered three tacos and a soda and with a buck tip it came to 9 dollars. I got a burger on the way home to compliment the micro tacos.

Very clean atmosphere, authentic Mexican Supermarket feel! The only gripe that I have is how incredibly long it takes to get my food. But the only reason it takes that long is because they get astonishingly busy because they really are FANTASTIC!

There are not many Hispanic/Latino super markets here. This market is very nice. Has pretty much everything you need to make real good home made food. Mexican food, Cuban, Puerto Rican etc. The owner is so very kind. They also have a restaurant, very good food I recommend you try this place out. I usually get the mojarra 😋. Great customer service!

I have always gotten such great deals here!!! The Carne Asada tacos are so amazing! They are cooked in front of you so you get to see you meal become amaxing!!! The market is nice because not only do they have a restaurant inside; they also have a butcher that has fresh meat almost daily! They have dairy items and other perishables !!
