Unbelievable bad customer service! I wrote several emails, no answer after weeks! The hotline is a joke! No possibility to get through and no call after leaving messages over messages.

Probably the worst customer service experience Ive ever had buying performance parts. Rarely responded to emails, or returned my phone calls for parts I had on order for months that never shipped. When I finally requested a refund they only sent 11 dollars. Called back to find out what was going on, and to get a full refund. They said I would have it in a few days. I still havent received my refund of 1100.00$

I can not say enough good things about the companys ability to provide top notch customer service. Complimented by Thier top notch braking products. Galfer USA is an all around superior company killing it across the board. Thanks again for a smooth process and speedy execution.

Worst customer service Ive ever had. Bought two line kits. Both came with the wrong banjo bolts. Got an email from customer service, they never replied. Found it upon trying to install that after I bought new bolts that the main bolt to the master was wrong as well. Do not buy this garbage from them.

Service was excellent was sent wrong ends on new SS brake lines and rushed delivery to my garage

I had bought Galfer rotors, lines, and pads a few years ago for my CRF250. Love everything about them. I am writing this review because I had small wear area on one of my brake lines. I had sent a few pictures to the company of the wear area and they had a new replacement line in the mail within one day. I forgot that they have lifetime warranty on the products and was so stoked on how fast they honored it. It is nice to see a company back their products with pride. Thank you Galfer!
