Well my suspicion rises when they dont want you to witness the repair. Were talking Glass people nothing major. After All some of these businesses are mobile and the first thing the guy says is what he cannot do. He ultimately did a good job.

Poor customer service skills. I called to get my windshield replaced, the guy was extremely rude and short. He didnt want to answer any questions. It came across like he didnt need or want any new business. I would recommend finding a business where new customers are treated with respect. After asking for when it would be a good time for me to come in at a later date, he hung up in my face
