We keep hearing that good Customer Service is a thing of the past!I beg to differ with my recent experience with Rock Auto!This company was referred to me by a local parts supplier that could not provide the parts I needed in a reasonable length of time.I placed my order on line on Tuesday afternoon, Mar 05 and couldnt believe it when it arrived at my door, by FedEx, on Thursday afternoon, Mar 7th in London, Ontario, Canada!!This delivery distance is over 2,400 miles! The pricing was very competitive and the quality of the parts more then met my expeditions!I certainly will be recommending Rock Auto to anyone I know who is looking for an excellent supplier of automobile parts.Bob McMillanLondon OntarioCanada

Would love to put 0 star if it were an option. Called in regards to some warehousing inquiries and they transferred my call twice and hung up. You just lost a big business deal.

Called multiple times only for an ignorant female operator (who could clearly hear me speak) claim she couldn’t hear me and give me a defunct number. I’m sorry I couldn’t give 0 stars. Terrible customer service.

Ever since VP Pronto Burned Ordering is a nightmare, Never have I called a wharehouse as a commercial account and the first thing they say is hold not even hello. 20 minutes on hold to order spark plugs @ 8:05am smh
