Horrible customer service. I was going to build my brand based on their blanks but after 2 orders I changed my mind because of their poor customer service.They have some discounted items but you cant order them itself, their website wont let you to check out. I called a few times but their representative wasnt able to help me. I was waiting for the call back and was promised I would able to order today but it never happened. Sent 5 emails and zero replies.I had to add another full price item to my order to be able to check out. It took me a whole day to figure out what was going on.I would beware in the future. So sad, because their quality is amazing.

Like many searching for the best blanks and to find that most companies are out of stock. I decided to reach out to As Colour and spoke to a sales rep (Derrick). He was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with answering all my questions. Even gave me a tip that will really help me out in the future and leaving me excited and confident to purchase from As Colour.

First time customer. Decided to pick up the products, but I wasn’t notified at all that there’s a specific pick-up time. Had to call since I was already up front. The person I spoke to got an attitude and quite irritated sounding although I said I’m a first time customer and wasn’t aware of the pick-up times. The person still insisted that there is a notification on my confirmation, but I was looking at it carefully and there’s none. Eventually, the person came out and gave me my order. I showed my confirmation that there’s no pick-up time stated on there. The person then tells me that you should have received it and could be in your spam folder. I checked my spam folder and there’s none at all.Overall, I should have known about the horrible customer service especially treating a first time customer...

Went to pick up but LA traffic made me late and they closed will call, but the person in charge there still helped me out

I dont recommend buying from this company, especially if youre in Canada. I had to pay $95 in import fees and due to an error on the shipping label, never received my items. Over a series of emails to their customer service, the company did absolutely nothing to help fix the problem and told me it would be at MY cost to re-ship the items. Horrible customer service.

Avoid working here, dysfunctional team atmosphere. Nepotism and favoritism runs high here. Make you work long hours everyday because of short staffing, and the floor supervisor lacks the proper skills to do his job properly is lazy and lacks proper communication skills.

I really like the quality and the feel of AS Colour tshirts. Good selection, and you can feel the quality - the tees are so soft on the skin. Their canvas tote bags are sturdy, and the size is perfect. Prices are very competitive, and - a huge plus - they are very customer-oriented.
