Very quickly loaded machines on my truck and helped me to put tarp. They are a professional team. I forgot to bring dunnage and they sold me the wood cheaper than HomeDepot. I am happy to work with them.

This place is incredibly rude and slow. After waiting 3 hours for “paperwork” they show up and tell me that even though the machines are on pallets that I need wood to place under them. And they don’t have any wood. While I’m looking at an entire pile of wood. Then they proceed to tell me that I have to go to home depot and get some or they will sell it to me. Keeping in mind the load never said anything about needing wood. Every. Conversation with them was hostile. Will avoid this place if at all possible in the future. And will not recommend.
