My check engine light was on I went there to get it check, the lady who was helping me was nice enough to guide me on how to check it myself since they are not allowed to go to peoples car. After couple tries without success, one guy was nice enough to come out to rescue me

Autozone is your to go place when you are stuck somewhere. My car’s battery died after I dropped my son at school. I called autozone, the employee came all the way to where i was stuck to give a jump start to car and boom.. it followed him to store, they checked the battery life and charged it up for free. Guided thoroughly what are our options if it happens again. Really happy with their services.

So i went there to buy battery for my honda accord sports, i asked the guy for help since idk which size should i need .... even he dnt know which size goes for honda accord he asked the other guy nd gave me the battery i asked him i dont have screw to open the remote nd i never did it before so could u please me to do it for me, he said we dnt have those screws either sorry we cant do it for u .. i had to go home look for screw nd when i opend it it was wrong battery so again i had to go back all the way to return it then bought the right size ..coustomer service wasnt halpful at all .

The reviews are correct, they are as good as they say. The dying battery on my car was stopping the alarm from turning off. Matt came outside, shut the alarm off for me, and changed the battery within minutes. Just head there and ask for Matt!

Ryon and Felix were a real big help today with helping me get the parts I needed for my truck and gave me extra info to avoid belt issues in the future.

My car died right in the middle of the road. I was 2 minutes from Pep Boys but couldn’t afford a tow. I looked up and saw an AutoZone in the plaza right where I was stuck. I ran in and McClinton Best (the manager) calmed me down and provided great customer service. He quickly recognized it was the battery and went out of his way to help me install the battery in the middle of the intersection despite all of the traffic. He also showed me how to in the process so I could learn for myself. This will be my go to spot for an car maintenance for now on. Thank you so much.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and nice. They read the codes on my Jetta for me yesterday and gave me a printout. The guy who read the codes saw how hard my door was to open and insisted on hitting it with WD40 after I told him I hurt my shoulder opening it. I also had warranty replacement on a battery last year that was flawlessly easy. I go straight past other places to them for all my auto needs.

Outstanding Customer ServiceMy husband and were traveling from out of state and had car trouble.The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. They provided assistance in any way they could.One staff member even went and got hot chocolate for us (without us asking, because it was so cold. I was so touched, I felt like crying.You just dont see such kindness often. He really took the sting out of the car breaking down on vacation.
