Worst place for online shopping. Ordered a wig and wasnt pleased with the color or quality!!! Sent it back for a refund that I never received, however at the time there were NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY ON THE PAGE!! I called the store for clarity and advise that the hair was being returned the owner said the only thing she would offer is 15% of future purchase. Just a few days ago she added all sales are final thats not how you do business. Never again would I purchasefrom here.
