The Doctors and the assistants are very professional and put your eyecare health first. Testing prior to the eye exam is thorough. Youre in good hands with this service.

Always good he takes his time with my kids is friendly and I got referred to an excellent doctor that did the Lasik procedure on me Im now seeing 20/20 vision. Staff is very nice and friendly I always enjoy my visits and so does my kids. No wait time always get seen right away. I highly recommend him to everyone.

The experience was great! Considering all the new transitions due to Covid, the wait was less than expected. The front desk staff and techs were friendly and professional. FANTASTIC! Dr. Harmer is extremely nice and knowledgable. I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked. He answered all my questions without me even asking! He explains everything thoroughly. Both the receptionist were really nice! I dont remember their names but they were both great. I waited less than a minute! He gives you ample time and definitely goes out of his way to accommodate you. I would definitely recommend Dr. Harmer! You cant go wrong with him. I really miss Nora & the old staff that used to work here. The younger receptionist, I don’t know what is their issue. I tried again with you guys, safe to say I’m finally changing my eye doctor after 16 years only because of the receptionist. I can’t take their rudeness anymore. When they explain something to you they don’t even explain it, it’s like take this answer and leave me alone. Go work somewhere else if you don’t like it. Save your money & time folks.

The manager at this office is extremely rude, has no patience, and is confrontational. Sultana lacks leadership qualities and it’s sad that her colleagues have that as an example. Her phone etiquette alone is enough to make you take your business elsewhere.

I used to love this place. My favorite eye doctor I ever went to. Faithfully been coming since 2nd grade and I am now in my third year of college. When Nora decided to retire this eye doctor became one of the worst I ever step foot in. The new receptionists are very rude and money hungry. They try to put extra services on your bill without explanation even if you didnt ask for it and make you responsible to pay. When Nora worked here I looked forward to my appointments. She was a great help. Now every time I go to the eye doctor its an argument about something wrong those rude receptionists put on my bill. Definitely will be changing my eye doctor. My mother and brother are even switching because theyve had very similar problems.

The worst doctor Ive met since I live in the United States the receptionist are very fat I misses three weeks of work because of it you are prescribed the glasses it will be a month before the arrival and so his gatte you have to wait at least 2 months to have the most important for it is money it does not care about the customers and even when you pay the service is not returned I will never go to this place again
