This storage location is completely new and beautiful! The customer service is awesome! They were super friendly and helpful from the moment I called and was a huge help setting everything up for me. I was even able to get a tour of my unit. Im extremely glad I used them! Definitely made this process simple and stress-free!

Process was quick and easy. Office staff was very nice. I had a lot of questions and they were patient with me.

Expensive. I’ve had 2-3 price increase in the matter of 3 years having the unit. It would be helpful if there was a dumpster or donation bin on site for unwanted items.

My unit here is in a safe clean area. I have easy access to the unit. There are plenty of hand carts available to use. Their staff are both knowledgeable & helpful as well as friendly & courteous. There is easy access right off of Industrial Road.I highly recommend them for your rental needs.

I reserved 2 units over the phone with the assistance of Amanda. She made the process very easy and within minutes she had completed all the paperwork with me over the phone. I definitely recommend calling and reserving a unit, everyone I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful.

I was a walk-in and Shiju was so helpful and knowledgeable that I rented the same day. Similarly, they were making upgrades to the facility the same day my movers had to access my unit, and Shiju was helpful and reassuring when my stress level was a 10!
