I went to ask for a color to cover blue and a brown to fix my roots and they then had me show them my hair only for one of them to insult it. I tried explaining what I wanted and she said she didnt understand what I wanted and that all of my suggestions wouldnt work and they would look horrible on me. I asked for either a green or purple and she told me I would be better off putting yellow in my hair and when I said I didnt want that she said that would look better than anything I wanted. I told her I would think about it and come back and they just stood there and stared at me.Ive had similar problems before where they told my my mom to use something that made her hair fall out. Everytime I go in there they have different people and most of them have no idea what they are talking about.

Best place in Cartersville. I came across Two employees and they were courteous and highly professional.Great experience!!!!!

Everytime I come into the store they helpMe right away. But when they do their, no help at all. I have done messed my hair up 2 times bc yawl have given me the wrong toner. I needed a toner that have purple n it and my hair is now grey. So, thanks for messing my hair up and telling me the wrong thing to buy.

I went in around 7:20 last night to grab a few things. The girl that was closing helped me the last time I was in. I wish I had asked her name because she is always so friendly and helpful. She was in an extra difficult situation with a customers child helping her while the mom shopped. She handled the entire situation like a champ and took care of everyone. So, whoever closed the store on 10/28, kudos to you! Youre always so pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

The sales woman that assisted me was very helpful. She was informative and knew her stuff. She helped me make an informed decision about the product I purchased and even gave me samples of other products to try for my natural. I left a happy customer. I wish I wouldve gotten her name to refer future customers

Terrible service. My mother asked the manager Dayna if they have a Sally in San Antonio Texas. Dayna says she doesnt know but there are thousands in California. My mother asked about San Antonio not California. Then Dayna says but you can look it up on Google. So, my mother spoke softly to her and mentioned that it would be a good idea for costumer service to help customers them when they ask questions like that. She proceed to get loud and said did you expect me to use my data on my phone. My mother said, still speaking calmly, no I did not ask that, could you use the store phone to look it up. She said no I can not. She then called my mother rude so I stepped in and said no, you are being rude and I think you need to go ahead and give us our product. Then addressing me, she then said I wasnt talking to you. Then another associate says do you want me to call John and then Dayna said yes. So, John the security guy comes and in the end takes our side and says we are right and should call customer service and complain. I asked her what was the number of her boss and she gives me the wrong number. To sum it up, the manager is rude, unknowledgeable, and unmoving. The associates seem to be afraid to stand up to her when she was in the wrong because all that needed to be said was yes, I will consider your suggestion.

Told the staff I was looking to dye my VIRGIN hair maroon.....guess whos hair turned carrot orange?! Went to a professional to get it fixed - $120 later, my stylist told me whoever told me to put bleach on virgin hair for 40 minutes was absolutely crazy! Its a good thing I only left it in for 20....or else my hair would have been so damaged, the only option would be to shave it!!! If you dont know what youre doing, dont trust this staff to give you advise when it comes to products and how to use them.

The ladies there are very knowledgeable and have the nicest store Ive seen. Very well stocked.

This is possibly the worst Sallys I have ever been too. The customer service is awful. Each time I have been there the black ladies who work there are dancing, singing, dont ask if they can help you find anything and when they do try to its like they dont know what they are doing. Also, one of the ladies who works there always has her child running around the store or sitting behind the registers. The same lady who has a child will leave the store to go do something outside in her car with her boyfriend or have friends from other businesses come in and play around when there are other customers that need assistance. I also have some friends who have also had the bad experience. I dont know where you find these women that work in the store but I will not be returning. I hope this issue gets resolved.

Walked in store to loud inappropriate rap music. No greeting from check-out girl. Store had boxes from stocking all over the front of the store, including in front of the register. Sales clerk wearing what was obviously fluffy black house shoes. Not very helpful. Dont plan on coming back...stick with Ulta.

I like Sallys beauty supply store. However 😳this store in particular!? Horrible customer service!They offer to help but never a smile and the (csr) girl w nose ring, was very rude to another clients children. She gave them a very mean And serious face. Never a smile and when someone touched something there she was fixing it w a real bad attitude. She acted like she didnt want anyone disturbing her or touching the products.Horrible experience. Granted, Ive shopped there before and always got Ok service; but that girl!? Not friendly at all.(I was hesitant to give one star, but it was the only way it would allow me to post)

Second trip there to get hair coloring but had to settle for a different type again

They always have plenty of my favorite hair color and they dont mind saving it for me until I can come get it 😍
