I was extremely happy with this young man’s professionalism. I sort of knew what I wanted installed in to my 2007 Jeep Commander. I had priced units so I knew I wasn’t paying too much. He was able to install it while I waited and I had just shown up. No appointment. He even connected it to my steering wheel controls (the last installer was unable to do that).

Valencia car audio has upgraded sound systems in 2 of my cars. Ive been very happy with the results. It seems like a one-man-shop, so a little patience could be in order but I like supporting entrepreneurs.

If you can actually catch him there its great but if he is not and you call and he says 20 minutes dont believe it because we waited over an hour and got towed 20 minutes three different times and he still never showed

Every time I called the number is always busy, didnt want to come in to ask a few questions. They should free up a line or add additional lines if they want business from potential customers!

First time I went, they were on lunchbreak for an hour and a half (sign said 45 minutes), second time trying to do business here and theyre not even open on time.

Hours are 9-7 Mon-Sat, yet it’s closed....
