I wasnt a fan of the coffee or the bagels. For context, I like Starbucks Americanos and the Americano here wasnt as good. The bagels have an odd texture.Unlike other reviews, I found the service to be great. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

Calming, relaxing atmosphere. The coffee is wonderful! Prices are on part if not a little cheaper than Starbucks. Tastes a heck of a lot better too. They also carry Nagels bagels, scones, and muffins. Lots of spaces to sit and just hang out.

A magnificent place where the staff are very friendly AND the customers are equally as friendly and welcoming. It appears that they sell/ support other small businesses/bakeries as bonus. Games, books, and friendly conversations found here... Oh! and good coffee, lots of options for the picky and very clean throughout!

Comfy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are Very friendly. There is an area to sit with friends to watch TV or play the stack of board games they have. Their coffee is on point! The Nagels Bagels they are selling are AMAZING! They do have a drive through as well. I will definitely be returning often!

First time trying their passion fruit tea, and it was the best tea I’ve ever had!!! My friend had their strawberry milkshake and he said the consistency was amazing too! I enjoy basically everything I’ve gotten here so far. Definitely worth swinging in here and hanging out.

My first time here, the coffee was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions I had, however the staff was not wearing mask. I am super disappointed because both drinks I ordered were amazing. I probably be visiting again, but not anytime soon because of the mask issue.

Coffee is amazing, but I agree with reviews about the girls that work there, kinda rude and thought it was just me. Owner was there first time and he’s amazing. But he needs to have a chat with his employees about costumer service and how to treat people.

This coffee shop pumpkin spice got me coming back at least 3 times a week.

So when they first opened they were incredible. The coffee drinks were always tasty, and the staff was always super nice. I don’t know what has happened, but it seems like things have changed a little. The drinks have been getting progressively worse I feel like. We went today and I can honestly say that the Signature Mocha, which i always get, tasted like hot dish water. Coupled with the fact that the young lady working the drive through not only cut me off before I was finished ordering, but when I got to the window and told her, she was fairly unfriendly about it.....it will be a while before I go back. She was actually pretty aloof and rude the entire time.Again, they have the ability to operate at 5 stars, maybe I’ve just gotten unlucky.

I dont know about the food, but the coffee is fine. It is low in acid, so you dont have heartburn. Not too strong, not too weak.

I’ve been wanting to come here forever and I was so excited to finally be there but it was disappointing to say the least. None of employees said hello to even acknowledge that they have another visitor but kept chatting about food that they like dislike. I stood around by cash register until one of them came by and just asked what I need (?!). I ordered americano and it was disappointing, the flavor was sour and not strong. It tasted just like regular coffee. The employee didn’t say thank you or good bye or have a good day. It’s was just disappointing all the way around. No one was wearing a mask or gloves (Covid-19 regulation). I think the only reason why this place has good reviews is because they all go to the same church. Anyhow..I won’t be back.

My most favorite place to be at. The service is really sweet, kind and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Their coffee is so good and has a rich flavor to it. Their desserts are yummy too, mouth watering to be exact. I try to get my friends to come here sometime sot can get on this goodness.

Baristas were non compliant with COVID-19 rules. Signs outside say they practice social distancing, yet allowed large groups to sit closely without masks. Baristas not wearing masks or gloves when working with food. One of the employees grabbed a customer’s bagel without washing her hands or wearing gloves. It seemed very much like a place where teenagers are left to run the storefront. Not to mention they got both of my orders wrong.

Delicious coffee and great frozen drinks! Lately I’ve been ordering there frozen, love the matcha and chai frozen, so good! Great banana bread with a large portion. Customer service is always on point! Emily is the best!

Absolutely best place for coffee in town. They will make anything you want on the menu and substitute milks or sugar free syrups if they have it. Largest selection of SF I’ve found in a shop. Great welcoming atmosphere and the punch cards are nice! 10/10 would recommend.

Wow what a great place let’s start with the coffee wow lots of choices favorite chocolate mocha wow that will get u coming back regular coffee is great flavorful bold and not bitter acidic like that overpriced Starbucks. Sit relax even has a fireplace seating area for relaxing conservations. Can’t beat tired of the fast food approach and cheap burnt lukewarm coffee than this is theace for you . Try it you wouldn’t be disappointed!!!Review was over 8 months ago things have changed seems it’s run by a bunch of kids no respect or manners and the product doesn’t even taste the same ! SORRY but it’s NO Longer a place to go .!!!! My current rating is 1 star it’s now over priced for wha they are serving . I’d have to give 0) stars for service or the staff.

An amazing and refreshing experience! Got greeted immediately and my coffee was brought out to me in minutes. This is amazing place to have a chat with a friend or group study. The prices are so much cheaper than Starbucks or any local coffee shop. The seating is also very nice, they make sure you’re comfortable.

Coffee hits you as soon as you walk in! The atmosphere is cool and inviting, great soft music, plenty of space to work on your laptop, maybe play a board game and chat, or have a meeting in their conference room. The coffee itself is next level. The workers are friendly and pleasant, which is always a good thing! Its safe to say Ill come here before Starbucks every time Im in town. Go by this place today, you wont be disappointed! (And they have a drive through!)

There coffee is great an the price is great to i hate to say this but there coffee is better then Starbucks an they put less ice in there coffee so you get more unlike Starbucks puts way to much ice..... Overall great place

The staff was very friendly. I was very excited to find they offered so many sugar free flavored syrups! Starbucks only offers a few. Really enjoyed my sugar free hazel nut coffee. I also talked to the owner for a few minutes, he had me laughing. I will definitely be back for more!

This crew deserves five stars because I came in after closing, not realizing what time it was, and the staff still politely insisted on making me a drink. They were very patient while I made up my mind what to order and my americano was perfect. I definitely recommend a visit (during normal business hours of course!) because it was a good time!

We came through the drive through today, and this was the fastest and most delicious cup of coffee I’ve had in a very long time. I go to Starbucks or Dunkin almost every day, but this coffee is so fresh and straight up amazing I may have to dump my other coffee places.
