Went here on Sunday 8/14. Needed ink for my printer..had to go and get an associate for help..i told him the printer..he went and grabbed in from the rack and said this is it..i said are you sure this is the right cartridge..he said yes 100% sure..i get home and its not even close to what I needed. So I call the store and explain to a man that answered the phone that I live 16 miles away and my son in law took my car so I had no way to get back there. So he asks me to hold so he could make sure they had the ink I needed..i say ok..then another man...supposedly the store manager named Eric picks up the phone. He gets really rude and hateful with me..tells me too bad about having to come back there all that way. They would not help me with something that was my fault to begin with..i felt threatened by this man..he was so mean on the phone I would be afraid to go there. Then he hung up on me. Very poor customer service. I am reporting to BBB and the corporation

I came into the Staples location to get a custom flyer made to sale products. Brooke did a fantastic job! She was so professional and courteous. Highly recommend coming to this location get custom work done for flyers, posters, t shirts etc

I needed a desk for my grandchild for virtual learning. I found a perfect desk for $159. I asked if they could assemble a desk or sell the display. The guy asked the manager. He said his manager said if they had more in stick, he couldnt sell display, but they CAN assemble. I said great, Ill buy it. He checked & the display was the only one in stick and nomore were goung to be ordered. So I said Ill buy the display. The manager then told him I COULD NOT BUY IT! I left and will never come back here again! And YES I shopped here for my supplies. NEVER AGAIN!!! They deserve no stars!

I always have a great experience at this location! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to solve issues. I often make copys here. I also send my prints to the store email to have my documents sent over for print. It is extremely convenient today the least!! Thanks Staples!

I went to buy a computer and a printer but no one would help me. store was not busy and it was obvious they did not care. I left but came back by to get the name of the person who purposefully ignored me, I told Lance i was going to report him for ignoring me, he proudly held his badge up and spelled his name for me. I will never shop here again and i will contact corporate.

I have been looking for an inkjet printer that meets my needs and that is within my budget. I found on line today an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. The ad stated limited stock. So I decided to give the store a call just to make sure they had it in stock. The young girl that I talked to told me, yes, we have some. So, being a senior citizen with a husband who has health issues, I do my research before I go anywhere that could possibly compromise his health. I go out to the store only to be told when I got there that they didnt have any. I understand that there is a shortage of printers right now but you would think you could get an honest answer. That is why I rated this store very low. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I had the best experience getting some things printed and laminated...usually the service I get at other places is followed by attitudes and irritability, but the young lady in the printing section was so polite, patient and helpful. I noticed she not only enjoys her job but also helping her customers in a genuine and kind way. Good employees are so hard to find and keep, and this employee is a keeper...take care of her.

I enjoyed visiting this store. Took my time getting an overview of how much this store sells.

I was looking for some labels to take home for a home project, found out that the copy center was able to assist me with all my printing needs in minutes at a very affordable price. Very Happy I stopped by. Good staff, knowledgeable and definitely know how to multitask. I recommend this location for your printing jobs.

Horrible Staples Now!!!! STAY AWAY from print section! Would give 0 stars if I could!The employees there are a joke, and get stressed out way to easy.I needed them to print a 54 page booklet that I created (no pictures, no coloring, just simple black and white printed word documents) and it took them 2 days to get it done, and that was with an express up charge! Pathetic!!!I went back again, and the group of them kept fumbling with my USB that had a lot of important work on it about 2 years worth, and they broke it, and blamed that it was already like that, even though I just used it on my laptop in my car!!!!! Lucky enough I had a back up, but imagine if I didnt.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STAPLES! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Quick visit yesterday. Got my needed office supplies but unfortunately I had to stop at the restroom. Avoid entering at all cost! It was one of the nastiest restrooms that I have seen in a while. Filthy, littered with used paper towels, grunge in sink, unflushed toilet. This wasnt a couple of hours of not cleaning. This was days of disregard. Ugh! Nice store... filled with cleaning supplies. Use them!

AWESOME PLACE TO SHOP FOR OFFICE NEEDS!!! I work for a non profit dog rescue and we had one of our puppies escape during transport to our facility. With us being a non profit we run on a very tight budget and while pricing lost dog flyers online I saw that they were just not going to work into it budget... So in hopes of a miracle, I drove to STAPLES and explained my situation and the employee I spoke to MADE THAT MIRACLE HAPPEN!!! She found a way to let me get the flyers at LESS THAN HALF OF THE PRICE ONLINE and Im doing so we were about to find out little puppy and bring her home!!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING STAPLES!!! WITHOUT YOUR AWESOME EMPLOYEES LOCATING AND RESCUING THIS LITTLE PUPPY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE!!!

Best customer service Ive ever seen in the history of customer service they went that and Beyond to give me the tools that I needed for my logo they were happy about my project more than I was and that says a lot they gave constant follow-up calls and the whole entire team was awesome and did a fantastic job and give an excellent customer service kudos to Staples in Cartersville Georgia!

The copy/print center was extremely rude and unhelpful. I went in because I was having formatting difficulties on their website hoping someone could take the time to help me out, I guess not. Finally, after waiting for 20 plus minutes an employee asked another to help me out (because she was just standing around not doing anything). She pulled up my document, took one look at it and said sorry we cant help you. Not even attempting to try to do something. So I took my business somewhere else.

Staples, in general, are difficult to deal with. First when you try to order on line, the system is not very user friendly and fails to prompt you for each individual item you need to complete. For example, I ordered today and it never asked if I needed to send another party to pick up the order.Also when you call the store direct, being a busy business person, it is not desired to listen to advertisements while Im waiting to speak with a store representative. I need to get through, get my question answered, and move on to other business that I need to accomplish. Very disappointing to deal with a store that seems to big for its own britches.

I rarely visit office supply stores, but I did for a padfolio and to ship something. The latter took 30 minutes since there was only one poor employee working both the shipping and printing counter. I understand staffing struggles, but the manager nearby didnt seem concerned in the least.

Great vibe, coffee is an added bonus.
