Its improved in the past other the parking is very small compared to up the road in Dalton.. the subway is good here. refueling planes are kept open for the most part without people blocking. 24/7 McDonalds in here in addition to the 24/7 Subway. the bathrooms were remodeled a while back they stay clean for the most part..unlike up at Dalton this McDonalds was pretty good for even though its franchised also that one in Dalton is terrible exit 326.they keep the coffee fresh. when I was there was a little bit of winter weather going on the other day but it wasnt too bad they kept everything going on the ball..

I began looking for a parking spot with an hour left on my clock and when I pulled into Pilot I had 14 minutes left. The ONLY parking spot not taken up by a semi was occupied by a pickup truck. I knocked on the window and informed the woman that I needed the semi-truck space and she could park on the car side. Her reason for parking on the truck side was she wanted to use her portable urinal in private. I called the Pilot and explained the situation with the manager who failed to see the problem. If I pulled my semi into the car side I have no doubt the manager would then clearly see a problem.

I have went to ALOT of subways in my time, its hands down one of my faves. Never been big on writing reviews but thought I would share my feedback on this one. The drk hair girl that was there this morning was amazing with me and my husbands food. She was so friendly and I could tell she cared about the way she was fixing our food. She even was greeting customers as they walked in. Didnt notice her until a few months ago but she is definitely the reason me and my husband will be back. This place is very clean. This has been the busiest subway we have been to but the workers here are fast and I always see the workers sanitizing and cleaning, and all them wearing mask make us feel extra safe with all of this covid going on still. Definitely will be back! 😀

Pilots are some of the better diesel fuel ups for trucker.

Like I said all Pilot Flying J truck stop are good to have for Truck Driver it is a rest spot a place to fuel your truck up and place to eat and buy stuff for your truck and car

The gas station was awsome but the Wendys that was connected to the pilot they were so rude did not know how to do math i was suppose to get $2.00 in change but I got back $0.95 then I told the lady that I paid her $6.00 for my meal because she did not tell me the price so I then when I try to talk to the manger she walked away then I try to get so one else and they all ignored me and walk to theback .then I got really mad when the lady that first asked my order came back and I told her that I need my $2.00 in change back she then got sassy and vary rude then only gave me one dollar so I left because I done with there rude 😒service

Parking is tight, fuel line stacked, but free parking, lots of food within walking distance. Truck wash across the rd, and a mobile aluminum and chrome polisher guy.

Horrible service at subway. Food was bad. Worker was drunk. He literally did my sandwich after 30 min waiting, put it in the oven and left it burning while he left eating his own sandwich. Called to request to speak to a manger and they placed me on hold. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Very good truck wash, the workers are very nice and do an excellent job, the cost was very reasonable, I certainly will come back again to wash my semi every time I drive to Atlanta by HWY I-75 and I recommend this place for all the truckers.

Everything is Okay here except the Driver Lounge is missing.

Most disgusting bathroom ever!! The smell like urine is overwhelming I had to walk out. Probably in between checks but still. Everyone was friendly and greeted when we walked in. If you’re coming to scale come in from the main road. There is a truck wash here too and they’re pretty good. Starting washouts are $35.00. If you can’t find parking here there is a TA across the street with lots of parking. McDonald’s here and Burger King across the street.

Friendly staff, very nice and clean shower, heated shower room. Lots of parking and excellent location.

Pilot in Cartersville GA, could stand a good cleaning in the restroom. Also had to go inside to pay for gas because the stupid pump wouldnt read my credit card. But Im seeing these same 2 issues at Pilots from Michigan to Georgia, so I decided to start posting reviews

Don’t come here lady manager was very rude in regards to reserved parking. She stood there and stared at me in my truck until I moved after the fact I told her I was going to move. Didn’t know that part of the job was to intimidate customers and make them feel uncomfortable.

We stop at Pilot’s when we travel with our 30ft travel trailer. This one says it is “rv friendly” but the pumps are not set up this way. A lot of Pilots and Flying Js have pumps just for RVs/campers/moving trucks. However, this one wasn’t. We had to go to the TA center across the street.

Looking for propane for your unremovable propane tank? Stop at exit 320 at the Flying J, just about 20 minutes north of here.Gas prices goods. Has laundry services.

Pilot stations always has exactly everything needed whilst on a road trip.

This Pilot like so many others dont police the parking lot so many guys park illegal and block people who park in legitimate parking spots. I wish theyd fine these guys a couple hundred bucks.

This Travel Center is always clean with exceptionally clean bathrooms, which for me traveling is always a plus. They also have a McDonalds attached as well as other hot food items. An expensive selection of sodas and other snacks are also available. I actually live within an hours Drive And the best part is that this Travel Center often has gas up to $0.40 cheaper than my home! Its well worth the stop when Im passing by just to fill up on my way home!

When you say the showers are clean, don’t forget to clean the toilets.

All of the staff was super polite and the bathrooms were clean. I did think that the store would be bigger and have a wider selection of products. With That said, this wouldnt stop me from stopping there in the future for Gas etc.

Its not the worst place. Its incredibly busy at any time of day or night. The prices for their showers are ridiculous (18 dollars per shower). The McDonalds in the store is horrible. The subway is the best customer service friendly part of this entire truck stop. There are a select few of the girls that work the register that are well versed in customer service. They arent completely rude to you at first moment.

I always stop at this truck stop because I am familiar and comfort with the exit. With a stop at any truck stop, you have to be aware of your surroundings. Fortunately, this truck stop is well lit and it stays busy. The busy part can be an issue if you order food from the McDonalds restaurant located within the truck stop. This McDonalds is slower than the typical McDonalds which means it can take awhile for you to get your food. Luckily for me this trip, the cook saw that front counter was slow taking and he asked which sandwich I was going to order and started cooking it. The Subway here is quicker and moves through its line pretty fast. Overall, it is a good place to stop and refuel your vehicle and body.

The showers are tiny and several of the people working seem like they left their brains at home this morning.

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 99% of the time. The app. They have also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

This has to be one of the most terrible pilots I have been to fuel pumps not taken care of wash buckets was empty squeegee was terrible couldnt even attempt to clean my windows and the restrooms look like they havent had any attention for weeks toilet paper all over the floor no soap in the soap dispensers had body wash from off the shelf to wash your hands no papertowels to dry your hands and air driers was out of cause of the covid 19 going on . The workers were more concerned with talking to each other then to take care of the issues I have mentioned above. I can only imagine what there showers would look like I wont stop at this store any more.

Great staff. Got in to park and the lot was already overflowing, but the staff made a massive difference for the better. Not sure about parking for the night, but I will definitely be back to get fuel.

This was a regular stop for me until the highway was redesigned eliminating the car entrance. Both cars and trucks now enter the same entrance going eastbound. 2 separate entrances before. Worked great. This time I followed a semi into Pilot and it parked and partially blocked the only car entrance to the pumps. Another semi parked already there did the same. Cars were narrowly squeezing through between them. A terrible situation. Not worth the hassle to stop. Sorry Pilot.

I honestly dont remember the specifics of my visit to this particular truck stop, but as I have stated in other reviews, I like all pilot flying j travel centers. I do my best not to find anything to complain about and I take it for what it is worth. They are providing a service and I am appreciative regardless.

Most Pilots are a good place for fuel & a cup of coffee.Usually very busy with trucks coming in and out. Just be careful when you pulling out.The very good thing is the coffee is very consistent.Just wish theyd have milk out with the coffee creamers.

Don’t come here a waste of time, the pumps are broke don’t take credit cards at the pump, o have to go back and forth, stupid managements. Go to TA cross streets way better service and food .

I ho here at least once a day. Most of the people who work there are really nice. Every now and then there is one that comes through with a bad attitude but it doesnt last long. For now I will continue to shop there.

Truck overnight parking area somewhat tight, like most Pilots. Restrooms are clean and working order. Staffs very friendly and courteous. Having McDonald and Subway in same building good choices for truckers. Overall experience is good.

This is a busy as well as tightly spaced Pilot. I think that the staff does a great job considering the amount of people in and out of this place. Theres both a McDonalds and a Subway here to choose from if youre hungry. I cant tell you anything about the showers nor lounge but I can attest to the restroom being clean all things considered.

The customer service was great. Im that my husband and I stopped here, cause he had to weight his truck/load. Keep up the good work.

Robert at the pilot 67 that works there helped me change a trailer light didnt even ask me he just saw I was having trouble with it and offered to help me heck he did all the work before I knew it thanks Robert awesome peaple still give me hope about the world

Tight cramped parking, of course I decide to park next to a steering wheel holder who pulled in the parking spot and decides to back out after Im attempting to BACK into my spot. Had to wait for him to try and back out in a busy truck stop. Bathrooms left a lot to be desired. Needs more attention during busy times. NOTE TO DRIVERS WHO PULL INTO PARKING SPOTS, LEAVE THE DRIVING TO US PROFESSIONALS AND GO BACK TO WORK AT SOME FAST FOOD PLACE WHERE YOU DONT HAVE TO BACK INTO PARKING SPOTS.

Awesome customer service, clean bathrooms and cool things to buy in the store. The lady went out of her way to help me out on multiple levels. The gas pricing was a bit high though. Found it interesting that they had gambling machines and nice that they had showers for the truckers

My husband and I have used FlyingJ and Pilot/FlyingJ for approximately 25 years and have never had a problem with the fuel. We traveled full time all over the United States in first a fifth wheel pulled by a diesel truck and later, in a diesel motorhome for 20 of those years. We have recommended these truck stops to many of our traveling friends. It is very convenient to be able to buy other needs at the same time we fill up with fuel!

Staff is great. Everything is clean and tidy. Parking is a joke. Has been for past 8yrs. Get there by 1600-1700 or pay to park. TA across the street not much better.

Excellent oasis for any journey passing by I-75, Exit 296! Where else do you find well-kept restrooms, a variety of items for purchase in the store section, and Burger King, Popeyes, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants. The only downside is that I have not found the country restaurants food here to be particularly good, although the service was passable.And, at times to satisfy different cravings, my wife has dropped me here and rejoined me after buying her chocolate chip frappe from the McDonalds in the travel center across the street!

This area here is pretty much a high traffic area coming in off of 75 but theres a lot there and the travel center has got a restaurant in there if you want some good eating go in on all you eat nights and you will come out blasted its a convenient place its not known to many as a regular place that is often visited for eating mainly for people that are traveling but I know the place as got plenty of places to eat and the gas prices are decent

This was a clean and well stocked facility. Has all the amenities that one person may find available in a large travel station like this one...

Super clean and had a ton of snacks and drinks to choose from. Loved the jams playing while I was using restroom and shopping. Subway and McDonalds attached.

We had a terrible experience getting a shower. It was freezing in the shower room which made it very uncomfortable. The main issue though was the water temperature. It would randomly change to scolding hot while showering. When I say scolding, I mean if someone fell in the shower and was unable to get out from under the water they might actually die. What should have been a relaxing experience was spent trying to anticipate the boiling water and jumping out from under it on time. Then standing in the air conditioned room wet and cold waiting for the water to return to tolerable temperatures. Rinse and repeat. This is clearly not something the staff is at fault for and they were happy to refund us for the shower. Someone please look into this as it really is a safety issue and a miserable experience.

Usually when I go into a pilot I get a sort of welcoming feeling. Unfortunately this was not the case here. Still, the gas station was clean and it was also stocked. I didnt use the restroom so I am uncertain of the state of the bathrooms. I know thats what most people care about.

Easy location located just off the interstate.Cat scale and fair amount of parking.. also they will call the police and force you to move at night if you do not park in their designated spots. This is suppose to be a safe haven for trucks but it is not

Like most travel centers there is food of all kinds. From finger food to sit dowe meals. Truck drivers loud & in a hurry. All is clean and well stocked with what you need while on the road

Was able to fuel up fast while wife went into store (Macdonalds) to get some eats. Easy in and out.

It looks worse from the outside than it does from the inside. Its got the bean to cup machines and other modern upgrades that make it nice in there. The parking lot though leaves a lot to be desired. Being Atlanta its a very busy location and takes longer to maneuver your way around than it does to get done what you need to. Also has a truck wash on site. Cheap too. $35 for a trailer wash out.

The shower pressure is amazing. I can appreciate that. Parking for sprinters can be limited at times. Subway is the restaurant. Overall, great truck stop.

I fuel here, park here and would love to eat here BUT they dont refill the pork spring rolls after 3 as per corporate orders the lady said and This was not the case the next day at 12 pm they had one left and no refill. At 7:30 am the third day they had no spring rolls out . Even asked her to make me some wanted at least 10 for the road. She was rude as hell .So I guess the TA across the street made $ 40 off me for eating there and they are friendly at TA, maybe Pilot learn a little from the TA across the road.Love their automated response system . Call the number but they are not open on a Sunday . Guess they are pretty big and want my business on a Sunday . Lol dont send me any automated messages to call any number Ill just stay away from the store next time . Sure TA would love my business .

They allow the trucks to fuel up and then go inside and eat lunch, making drivers wait for 30 minutes or more to fuel up. The staff inside seemed very nice.

Drivers need to learn not to park at the pump when you finish fueling pull up to the yellow line and then go into the building do not park at the pump and go into the building you are blocking pumps are the drivers cannot fuel and that is disrespectful

Great coffee but drivers cant drive there. Got my car hauler trailer ran over with tankers back wheels and bent my trailer and moved me 2 feet and my truck hit the truck trailer in front of me.
