The people who work there need to be careful. You can get cussed out. We really need to do something about our immigration policy here in America

Following the advice of my Doctor, Ill be switching all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.My wife had knee replacement surgery and we were given a prescription for narcotic pain medication when she was discharged on a Saturday.As she is home bound, I sent a friend to fill the prescription. I recievrd a call from the friend who said, The Walgreens pharmacy said theres an insurance problem and they cant fill it until Monday. Not wanting to leave my wife suffering, we called Walgreens to speak to the pharmacist and figure out what the insurance issue was.The pharmacist on duty on Sunday April 14th 2019 at 11am was Mr. Patel. They refused to release his first name. Mr Patel told my wife that her prescription was from another country and he could not fill the prescription without talking to the Doctor on Monday.Every Doctor has a on call physician for exactly situations like this who will make sure their patients are not suffering. In my opinion, Every competent pharmacist knows this.We then called the doctor, and spoke to the on call physician. He said he would call the pharmacy immediately.The Doctor called us back and said that they told him they only needed a prescription. The doctor then advised me to move our prescriptions to a different pharmacy. We are going to follow his advice.My friend returned to Walgreens and was given the prescription. In my opinion the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. The story changed from an insurance issue, to needing a doctors verbal authorization for a written prescription, to just needing the original prescription. My opinion is that people who lie to cover their tracks do not deserve my business. While I would never counsel others to remove all of their prescriptions from the Walgreens pharmacy, based on this experience that the direct advice of the on call physician, I will be doing so immediately.

I love going to this Walgreens even though it’s Across town for me the staff here is the best and always friendly thank you teresa for helping me pick out my cough medicineI highly recommend this Walgreens for the staff alone and cleanliness is an added bonus

The reason I gave it 3 stars is because this has been my moms pharmacy for years and every thing has always ben good I always pick up her medications but they recently hired a new pharmacist jennifer short hair and she is the worse!! she’s rude unprofessional and has no idea what she’s doin, so until she’s out I will not be be returning!! told the doctor to send medication to publix pardon me but I don’t know how some people become pharmacist blows my mind

I wish there was a Zero star.My sister bought some Cards from them, when she got home, the cards didnt work.She went back there to complain about it.When she got there, the cashier (Susan) was so rude to her. Shes never going there again.They are very mean to customers.

I always go in this walgreens love it the staff is always very nice especially the teenagers that work at night during the week and early mornings on the weekend....however ERICA one of the managers always follow me around it never fells when she is on shift this happens so im like ok my bad i will not bring my big purse in anymore maybe thats why she does it but when i do so if this manager is on shift she will sure enough follow me around and act like she is doing something the whole time im shopping well today i came in early as i always do on sun or mon before work and again she follow me around this time she came up front when the young girl check me out she was watching the girl i guess long story short Ive always just brush this off because im like well maybe thats just how she is but when u walk in and its other customers and she still follows u around then its a problem It makes me think she is doing so because the color of my skin Ive even tried bringing the kids in with me but if its her shift it only makes things worse!!!! AND WHATS SO BAD I DONT EVEN HAVE SO MUCH AS A TICKET ON MY BACKGROUND SO TO BE FOLLOWED AROUND THE STORE LIKE IM ABOUT TO TAKE SOMETHING IS CRAZY IVE EVEN STOP COMING IN IF I SEE HER AND SOMETIMES SHE NOT UPFRONT SHE IS IN THE OFFICE BUT SHE NEVER MISS A BEAT WHEN SHE IS THERE 😒😤😣🙎💁

The Cashiers here are so friendly and helpful, always look forward coming here to be greeted by them and helped whenever its needed

Spent five minutes waiting on hold and when the staff finally picked up, she was so rude, there was no way I was going to do business there. Zero sense of customer service.
