When Justin, Eric, Chris, and LJ landed on my site this morning and introduced themselves I knew it was going to be a strong, successful day. They were all very professional and easy to work with. Everything flowed smoothly and they were all super nice and courteous- Ive never been called Sir so many times outside the presence of a police office :) Rackmen must hire from the same pool as Chick-fil-a, except they get the folks who want to get machine grease on their hands instead of waffle fry grease. Other than my forklift, which we had already established they would use, they brought everything; giant roll-around toolbox, ladders, hard hats, and a positive attitude. The use battery-powered impact guns so everything goes together quick and consistently. Having been in the trades for 30 years, to say I was extremely impressed is an understatement.The organization of my sheet metal and other material will pay volumes in our waterjet process.Thank you for getting this done so quickly and sending out what I would like to think is your best crew. They were stellar!

From quote to installation, the entire process was seamless. Erica was very helpful and easy to work with getting everything set up. I was so glad I went here. I was hesitant to call or visit them because they only had 1 review and it was bad.Turns out it was a bogus review. The lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful too. She answered all my questions about expanding my existing racks and told me to verify a couple of things before I drove there. Glad I did and glad I used them. Excellent quality and service.
