Everything had been fine, met Melissa, paid for storage start up and came upon the 4th month while I was out of town. Ended up with a past due balance and Ms. Lowe reaches out to both me and my husband on Facebook.I was abruptly alarmed when the contact with my husband moved from professional to her sending provocative photos of herself to my spouse. Where he was clearly complicit it is absolutely so disrespectful for this woman to be working inside of business, utilizing Facebook to contact customers (not in the list of forms of contact) and ending with contacting a married man inappropriately. I am insulted at the misconduct. The owner is so kind and professional and I felt she was too. Disappointment is an understatement.
