Bought a belt on Tuesday. Got home and found on my receipt a mistake on the price I was charged. I went back to the store. The salesman whose name is on the receipt refused to talk to me and ran to the back of the store. The manager was rude and did not take care of the mistake.In response to the owner’s response: I did not call. I came into the store on Tuesday. As to the threat “I should come in to the store and settle this like men”, I am glad to see you edited your response, but Google sends me an email with your response which will be forwarded to NAPA officials.

Go in for a socket tell them a specific size and they still manage to mess it up. Also the socket doesnt even tell the size and you pay over double over anyone else

Went on with a battery that plainly stated it was from Napa. The month was punched out at time of purchase however the year was not punched out by an employee bvb back in 2017.The bald man with glasses stated I would get some credit for warranty be cause the battery did have a round 17 sticker which he stated indicates it was purchased in 2017. The he asked if I had a receipt I answered no. Well then I cant help you ! he stated. I said you just said I could get some credit from warranty to buy a new battery.I was in there with all intentions of buying a new battery from NAPA knowing at least I would get core off the new battery and if some warranty that would help as well.He stated if I had no receipt he Couldnt just stand around all day and give out batteries. His sly remark made it seem is though I was wrong and attempting to try to get a battery for free. I was not, after he basically did he couldnt help me I decided to go to Oreillys where even though it wasnt there battery brand, I knew I could get the core charge off at Oreillys and be treated as a welcome customer. I left that NAPA ( which I was ready to buy a battery i needed to get a peice of equipment started. )Which is exactly what I did only at Oreillys. Which didnt treat me like I didnt matter one way or another like NAPA did at Carthage mo.I had not traded much at NAPA before this, and probably now will never.Have great day rude, bald, glasses, non caring counter clerk

Employees are not very helpful. All employees were more concerned with chatting with each other than helping a customer. OReillys has better customer service.

Like talk with the guys there showed them the part I needed. They did have it we got talking about cars. They didnt treat me like I didnt know again thing. It was nices.

Great place to find hard to get parts for all vehicles. Brake lines and power steering hoses is the only place to go.
