Always chaotic, stopped carrying half the stuff I shop for. Selection of clothes and shoes, baby clothes and shoes very limited and lacking anything stylish. Most items are casual or athletic. Service always friendly though.

Poor management and Automotive department.I showed up while traveling to this location at 530 p.m. with deflating tires. Service guys had the Customer Entrance locked and said they were done for the day... Walmart Automotive closes at 6 p.m. Had to call AAA to tow the vehicle to Bentonville because the techs couldnt be bothered to stop standing around for the last 30 minutes of their shifts!Thanks Walmart... really professional!Spoke with the store manager and he stated that he had to close due to lack of Techs. There were 3 to 4 Walmart Techs in the bay when I arrived... stop with the foolishness. This is totally inexcusable and no effort was made to make it right. These guys literally stood around doing nothing then packed up and left while one tech balanced a tire.

Seems like lately most everything I need is not in stock. The employees that are shopping for the online orders make you feel like you are in their way and some of them are very rude and make comments about their job. They put the vitamin section where people line up to get your prescriptions so you are always in someones way. They remodeled and now everything is just a big inconvenience. Its been a month and Im still lost.

In all honesty the store has gone down hill. Management could do a better job. Having customers lined up half way across the store waiting to check out is uncalled for. Management should be stepping up and opening other registers to get lines down and people out of the store.

I got a flat tire on my way to work. They were able to replace it in under 30 minutes. It was great. Clerk was very nice and very competent in her job

The associates were rude. They dont welcome anyone or smile. Management is worse then the associates are. Honestly was surprised giving that its Wal-Mart and I love my hometown Wal-Mart but I dont like Carthage Missouri Wal-Mart. I dont think Sam would of appreciated the way they treat people at that store,

I love shopping anywhere Walmart always has something cool ..always go for a couple things but always come out with much more 😂

Used store curbside pick. Fast. Never waited. This was my first time. Great job employees.

Went to Walmart today to the tire and lube talk to a young man went outside and looked at the battery in my car he said it was a 4 year replacement battery so I told him I would have to come back I had to go to work so I went back and thay checked my battery and said it was bad went to get my car and he said it was going to cost me $ 119.00 after he told me that it had a 4 year free replacement 6 hrs. Earlier dont buy battery from them thay wont stand behind them

The self checkout runs smoothly unlike some other Walmarts. Always friendly staff. Its a smaller store and may not have everything you want.

One of my favorite Walmarts.In and out fast. The remodel seems to be coming along nicely and even with that going on I have no issues finding what I need.

I rarely rarely ever give a bad review but our experience today at Carthage Walmart was less than thrilling. When we arrived we planned on purchasing the 36” Blackstone Griddle-the one with all the bells and whistles. There was a young guy sitting at a table with sanitizer and masks in the corner of Lawn and Garden and I politely asked, “May we get some service to get this griddle?” He mumbles under his mask, “you’ll have get a flat cart.” For me, very hard to hear and he would not speak up and I had ask him to repeat himself and I am a hearing aid wearer and although annoyed for him, I too am just as frustrated. My husband walked around to find a flat cart without the knowledge of where to find one. So, we went to restroom and came back. I again approached this young man again asking for assistance. He finally called a couple young guys, ones name was Seth-Seth gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And his buddy too. Seth and another young man loaded our griddle and trekked back inside to spend even more for groceries. When we were ready to checkout we waited in self checkout for a few before unloading our cart. As we loaded things out our cart we had a box Ramen. It wouldn’t scan and it eventually did but needed a service cashier to type in her number and her name was Liz. She was very much annoyed, huffed, and even mumbled under her breath as she picked up a rogue bag on the floor.As we finished up we witnessed Liz also helping another young family and she actually yelled in an extremely disrespectful tone to another family across the isle, “you’re going have hold on!” The lady being yelled at was taken back and you could tell was extremely embarrassed.Unfortunately, I was not impressed for our 2nd time in Carthage Walmart.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Need to hire more cashiers. Absolutely ridiculous.

I wish they offered more like Joplin Webb City and neosho. They are renovating the store at this time. I do like how they are changing the shelfs.

A very kind young lady stopped what she was doing and walked me across the store to the product I was looking for. You dont get that kind of customer service very often in Walmart.

I think its stupid to have the auto check outs all card only. If your trying to prevent covid wouldnt you want people with cash to put it in a machine instead of being handed to cashier also until you wake in line and get up to register you dont even know. Also it seems everytime I get used to something they stop selling it

My favorite Walmart by far. Carthage MO. I love the grocery pick up service. They go out of their way to take care of the customer. Ive been early on occasion to pick up my order and theyve always gathered my items and brought them right out. Yesterday I was pleasantly surprised to find a bag of samples included in my order. Lots of little things to try out. Included is a card to scan the items if you wish to add to your next grocery order!

Really nice people to assist us on three different items. They are there to help. The store was very busy and they all took the time needed.

It is 5-3-21 pay day for social security people. The store was poorly stocked. A lot of bare shelves.

I was shopping at the Carthage Walmart with my sister. We was in the scarfs and gloves department and we have kids and they had a sell on back packs. So we picked each one out a bag, an outfit or two, hygiene things, toys, books each, and was getting them hats and gloves and scarves when the Walmart security and Carthage city police pulled up accusing us of stealing. They was in the bags so we knew what was what. But they was clearly open fully for viewing and we was not at tryna be sneaky about anything because there was nothing to sneak about. But now im banned, along with the stress of going to jail the day before Thanksgiving. Luckily I got bonded shortly after. But we didnt even get to give our kids what we got them. Its hard enough to get to see them, and even more harder to provide for them with everything we are facing in life atm. But to ban me from Walmart for shopping and the embarrassment I went through because of it, Im disappointed for sure. Now Im facing petty theft charges Im riskinv having on my name and my record and the problems with good employment with it on there is slimming down on available options. If we was at the check out line looking sneaky, or looking sneaky period, I could understand. Or walking out the store with stolen goods. But to stop us Im the middle of shopping, and arrest me for petty theft is bs. Everything was in view and in the cart. Not on either of us..Along with the total before taxes added up on my calculator on my phone and proven the records we had of total before taxes, and we proved it as well. For you to take me to jail and stick me with these charges is gonna catch up to you one day.

Im now doing curbside pickup and they are so quick and friendly.

Its a Walmart. What else can I say but the isles are overcrowded and the staff is rude!

This review is not for this specific Walmart but all of them. I think I can speak for most of us when I say that I wish you would stop having your employees stocking and filling orders during business hours. You guys close overnight. Do all that extra stuff when your customers aren’t there trying to shop. Also, do something about your parking lot (this Walmart specifically) I swear every time I go to leave some Dunder head nearly t bones me. Probably because they can’t wait to get the hell out of there just like me.

Walmart is now really working my nerves. now they have employees restocking the entire store during business hours. now they have customers walking around and under employees literally. Ive felt followed and spyed on the whole time every time ive been there. as soon as you enter theres someone at the door. self check-out is crowded with employees chit-chatting. upon exiting an employee demands to see your receipt to sign their name on it and briefly but quickly eyeballs your purchases.

Shelves are somewhat empty. And the new remodel cut shelf space for items and they got rid of items that myself and an elderly man was looking for.

You can not find anything. They moved stuff around and cant find anything. The store is to small .

You can get in and out fast with the Walmart app which tells you what isle stuff is in you need! It also tells you if stuff is out of stock!!

Nice standard Walmart.A truck can get in and park in the front lot.There is a copse of trees that you can back into.There are other trucks there generally.You can also park in the back.Just dont obviously block either of their docks.In the adjacent lot there is a Dollar General and other various stores.There is also a KFC.

Nice employees, very helpful, and as for a OTR they at least allowed me to park to pick up supplies for my dog and myself.

Walmart to Walmart its always the same just be careful when you go in there use plenty of sanitizer and wear your mask

Walmart is a necessary evil. I try to shop anywhere else.

Lines at each register with 5+ in each. Self checkouts had lines as well (most self checkouts closed too). No one tried to open up more or help move people through quickly.Dont go to this store if in a hurry!

I dont like how the aisles are laid out, but it usually has the brands I want. The workers are all friendly. I used the pickup option for the first time today and it was efficient and safe. It is also located in a great spot.
