After a outlet short resulting with smoke and a blown outlet was directed here for ... wide supply of affordable, high quality products...As entered door was greeted with a jovial voice from a worker that stopped everything when he asked about my project. I showed him the outlets and description of electrical wire. Based on my limited description he was able to tell me one wire was at least late 1950s and the other was from 1930s or 40s. Almost instantly his concern was for our home safety. Multiple times I was told it would prove more safe to have my electronic system replaced by a licensed, bonded, and insured Residential Electrician. Went further to show me a temporary safety band-aid to prevent any accidental injuries. He talked through every piece purpose and each step to complete a temporary solution. We spent about an hour walking this store and detailed description. I have never had this much attention and genuine concern expressed while getting the necessary parts. Multiple times was asked if it was still making sense.I followed the steps, he wrote out at checkout and everything went exactly as had been told. On an unrelated visit to a different store the store tech saw me he approached me asking how the project had worked out and if Id been able to find an electrician. It was impressive he remembered the details of our first time visit. This will be my go to place for future do it yourself task. I look forward to seeing this store as much as possible...

I love this store. They always know the answers to my issues, and always seem to have the tools and inventory to fix them. The guy with the big beard sharpened my chainsaw chains and they cut like butter. This is the place I go to first!

The crew here is great! They have great items you cant get anyplace else in the area. This trip we drive 20 miles to get the vanilla honey. We got other stuff while we were there, but drove just for honey. Also, the pretzels are crazy good!

This is always our first stop when we need something for the house or lawn. Friendly, knowledgeable staff is always present without being pushy. If you make a mistake and need to return something there is no problem. They have sale prices that beat the pants off the prices at the big box stores; for everything else, its worth paying a bit more on the margins for their impeccable service.

If you buy something from this store in a box make sure you have them open and make sure they are giving you what you want.I always thought this was the best place to go for Christmas decor until this year. I bought a tree there in January and much to my surprise when we opened the box it wasnt at all what we told them in the store. This tree was frosted with pinecones and berrys on it. We took it back thinking they would exchange it but they refused. Telling me there was nothing they could do the tree I had was discontinued and they couldnt sell it. When right in front of me was the very same tree on display. I ask if maybe the person who wrote down the number or the guy who pulled the box could have looked at it wrong. They indecated that I was lying and just trying get my money back. All I wanted was the tree I originally picked out no frost, pinecones or berrys on it.Ive never seen anyone ever turn so rude so quickly. They think they can do no wrong!

Old time service with a variety of nice services including tuxedo rental. The staff are very friendly and ready to help.

My friends and I came in on mapleleaf parade day and looked at very beautiful Christmas items! We walked down stairs and saw some furniture, and my husband saw the elevator and we assumed we could go on it. It had a small private sign, but we thought that it meant private to the store. We also saw some other guests get on it, so we assumed it was alright! We used it to go back to the second floor, and as soon as we got out, two associates were very rude to us and said we werent allowed to use it. I said that I was sorry multiple times and that we didnt know it was for employees only. We felt VERY bad. Not once did they say it was okay, nor did they smile. The older lady was very nice until that happened, and we felt very uncomfortable afterwards. My friend bought her item that they were holding up front for us and we left ASAP. We loved the items, but we did not feel welcome as soon as we made a simple mistake. I will not be coming back unfortunately.
