Every interaction Ive had with Norfolk Power has been exceptional. Manufacturer supply problems during the pandemic forced me to purchase a new BX23s out of state but when I began having trouble with only 10 hrs on the machine Norfolk Power treated me as if I had just purchased it from them.The problem wasnt exactly straight forward either as the original dealer had improperly installed a component and it was causing leaks that were difficult to determine. At every turn Norfolk Power was professional and attentive taking on all the headaches and working with Kubota and the other manufacturer so I didnt have to.I cant say enough good things about Nick in service, his guys, or the business itself. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase anything from them and they will always have my service business. Thanks again for all you did for me.

Delivery of my Ariens snowblower was quick and painless.

After 3 months use of my new Cub Cadet it failed to start although the engine would turn over. Neither plug would fire.They found a broken choke wire retaining clip and made the repair. Although busy they had the mower at my house within 5 days.They spent 3 hours on the repair and all went against the warranty including pick-up and delivery. Whether service or parts I always find them helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Called to ask how much it would cost to de mount and remount 4 tires on my SUB COMPACT tractor . Was told almost $500!!. Brought my tractor to rolands tire and they did it for $10/tire . Complete rip-off this place is

Went asking for entry level tractor....would be my first. Guy in sales was being a douche, and pretty much blew me off.

Employees werent very mask conscious. Some employees didnt seem to know what was going on.

The parts and service department is very helpful. Everyone who works there is very nice and theyve got a great selection of high-end equipment. If youre looking for the cheapest snow blower or lawn mower you wont find it here but if youre looking for a higher-quality version at a good price then youre at the right place.

Bought a Cub Cadet here and the sales guy was great. Ive had to go back a few times to buy some extras and again -- service and sales experience was great. Exceptional service and sales every time I go back. Highly recommend.

If you care about quality service DO NOT BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE! I have never in my life wrote a review about a company and I felt like I needed to let the people know that this place is the least professional service department in the industry. Brought my chainsaw in for service and concerns. The concerns I had was the chain falls off from time to time and UNDER A LOAD the chain saw makes a rattling noise which they didn’t seem to understand what “UNDER A LOAD” meant because nick the service guy said they did a dry run with no chain on. Which isn’t a load and said in order to do that I have to buy a bar and chain which I already knew. I asked if they went through the whole saw and nick said yes. I said so the blade guard got replaced and he said there isn’t any notes here on that. It was about 3 weeks in the shop when they told me 1-2 weeks and nothing was fixed, they didn’t even have the bar for my saw after 3 weeks of it sitting there when nick knew it needed one. By far the worst plAce to get your equipment serviced. I’m back to where I was 3 weeks ago. Thanks! I will let everyone know not to do any buisness with this establishment.Thank you
