I had a few questions on price and rewards on 1 item I wanted to purchase at the Kingston store . I called and talked to the manager, and he nicely asked me to come to the store and he would take care of the discount, etc. He did a great job and I was totally satisfied.!

There was two of us in line they waited on the first guy he got his stuff I was in line another guy can walking up and the clerk stopped and took his question and then told me to wait that shed be right back when I was at the register first thats not good customer service waiting on somebody else that came after
