I find their selection and prices to be better than Michaels.

If I could give 0 stars I would and it isnt because of the quality of their items. Okay, so when I first entered the store there were two women who were talking to each other(very unprofessional-they were talking like they hadnt seen each other in ages). They did NOT greet me or anything, I was looking around trying to search for what I needed and they did not help at all. I had to go and ask and then they were acting like they didnt know what I was talking about, like any good salesperson instead of taking me to what I was asking for, one of the women just pointed and gave vague directions to me. I didnt find what I was looking for and had to search for another salesperson. I found one and she was super friendly and took me to EXACTLY what I was looking for. THE ONLY REASON I didnt go elsewhere was that I was in a rush and needed this item. WORST experience Ive had in a while and terrible customer service especially for it to be in Cary! I am disappointed in A.C. Moore and this was my first time at one. I liked the items and what I saw but those two women really messed me up from purchasing any of the items I saw that I liked. Oh, and then when I went to check out, one of the women who I mentioned earlier that was at the front just looked at me and said with an attitude and looked at me with an attitude and said she can check you out down there just RUDE. I never realized how much greeting a customer could mean especially if you were like me and had had a long day but tonight I understood. Not sure if any other person of color have shared this experience but I did not feel welcomed or comfortable after this entire encounter!!

Love this store. Great supplies. Employees are long time employee. They know their stuff. Have taken classes and enjoyed them learned a lot. Always find something new. Even if they dont have it they know where to get it. Cant believe they always have what I want and need though. Great specials.

I love this place. The almost always offer a 40% off coupon for one iten on line then you can offer to them on your phone at checkout. I love all of their selections for crafts. The only thing that bothered me is how long you wait in line to check out. But the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Typical store. You can look around, or have a project list. They do a great job. They have excellent sales so be prepared, and weekly coupons in Sunday paper and online. Check out usually not bad unless high volume time but that can happen in any store. Usually enough cashiers and they try to watch lines.

Nice craft store, appeals to just about every scrap book and crafts imaginable. Good prices, excellent seasonal sections. Offers nice student and veteran discount!

I want to say Thanks! to the Gabby in Cary Crossroad who made my wreath for me. She done an exceptional job and detailed the way I was looking for.I was so disappointed to the A.C Moore in Apex Beaver Creek. I brought the material from A.C Moore and the cashier told me that the florist will help me with the wreath. Walked back there and asked the florist for some help. She simply gave me a look that she is busy and she isnt going to help me with it. I called the A.C Moore in Cary Crossroad. Gabby was so friendly and told me that she will be able to help and give me ideas. From now on I will go to the A.C Moore in Crossroad.

Such a great selection of arts and crafts supplies. They also have some great specials and give out some great coupons. My only complaint is because of all of the inventory in the place, it feels very crowded

A.C.Moore has tons of products to choose from for just about all your art/ crafting needs. The downside is their prices- youre really only getting a good deal if you use their online coupons

Clean and an easy store layout allowed me to find what I stopped for and the prices were lower than or the same as I found online.

AC Moore just doesnt stock or have sales like they used to. The only AC Moore in the area half worth going to is the Apex one. And worth the extra trip for better selection and avoiding Crossroads traffic.

Quality has gone downhill, in merchandise and in management. Manager was rude, sexist and generally terrible to both customers and staff alike. Save yourself the frustration and shop at Michaels, conveniently located across the street.
