Yesterday, they quoted way too high (around $1000) for 120k miles car servicing. I still approved (even though other car service dealers were quoting around $500), considering Johnson Hyundai of Cary is an authorized Hyundai dealer, and they will do quality work. After service, they couldnt fix the issues I had mentioned and asked me to spend an additional $1300 (thats ridiculous!!). I wasted my money!! I was planning to buy a new car (Subaru Outback) from them. But now, Ill not see them ever and dont recommend them at all.
We made an appointment and then the service lead never greeted us. A second lead approached us after we were told to sit and wait for the service lead to help us. We were told 2 hours to finish the recall work to be done. Nope. No way! At 1 hour 45 minutes we were told 15 minutes longer. Fifteen minutes turned into over an hour. Then we were told the recall work resulted in error codes. They messed the car up and we continued to sit and wait. They said they would check on a loaner vehicle since they couldnt figure out what was wrong. That was over 10 minutes ago. Very poor service and even worse professionalism. Never again will I come here!!!
