Julie was the consultant who helped me when I visited the Cary store. Julie was patient and took the time, explained the differences once I have narrowed down to couple of options.I have been shopping for new bed for few weeks. Most places I have been seemed only interested in closing the sale, splitting their time among several potential customers in the showroom. That was the sharp contrast with Sleep Number - I did not feel rushed, and had all my questions answered.I originally went to the Sleep Number store, so I could rule out that option, as I was ready to make a purchase with a different manufacturer. But the pleasant experience with Sleep Numner had won me over! I am looking forward to my new Sleep Number bed delivery!

I went in to the store and was greeted so professionally by Rainy. And as I told her what I was interested in, Karen, the Store Manager popped over and actually looked up to see which sleep number mattress my husband had purchased from Northern Va over 4 years prior. I was totally impressed by the professionalism as well as the cleanliness of the store. It was my first outing to a Store in person and felt great. I cannot wait to receive our 2nd Sleep Number bed! Whoo hoo! A fabulous experience and both Karen and Rainy were so knowledgeable and asked me many questions to ensure that I was getting the proper mattress that I wanted. I highly recommend this Cary Sleep Number Store!

Great customer service! I called for directions without telling the sales person from where we were coming (45 min away). About 1/2 hr later she called to see if we had gotten lost. Very pleasant to deal with.
TO START WITH, MY 28 YEAR OLD, SELECT COMFORT BED STARTED LEAKING AIR! SO, I ORDERED A SET OF NEW AIR CONNECTORS, (USUALLY THE SOLUTION), ONLINE, (E-BAY), FOR $8.00! [SOME SIGHTS LISTED THIS PART AS HIGH AS $200.00 FOR A SET OF TWO, * SELLERS ARE NOT CONNECTED WITH SELECT COMFORT] AFTER THE NEW PARTS CAME, & NOT KNOWING 100% THIS WOULD WORK, MY WIFE & I DECIDED TO CHECK OUT A NEW MATTRESS.My in store, shopping experience!Salesperson was nice, and new styles are confusing! Starting price @ $1000.00 up to $5000.00 seems ridiculous to me! Beds start with a 2 inch pillow topper, (their firmest), then 3, on up to their top of the line, thick padding and pricing! So! If the Air Mattress is supposed to, (as er their sales pitch 29 years ago, when I bought mine) achieve your comfort level, (with no other specialty padding), ☆ WHY THE ALMOST $4,000.00 SOFT PADDING TOPPER?TO ME THIS WAS CONFUSING!THE NEXT FAY, I CHANGED THE PARTS, CHECKED FOR & FOUND NO LEAKS.SO FAR, SO GOOD. PROBLEM FIXED FOR $8.00! YIPPEE
Although the beds are expensive, my wife and I had a great experience at this store working with Mark. We purchased a mattress but havent had it delivered yet, so I cant comment on how much we like the product. The purchasing process was easy and thorough.
I had bought the i10 mattress about 5 years ago, the first 18-24 months were pretty good, not great mind you. Then the mattress started to almost sag in the middle causing my wife and me to roll to the center of the bed, the sleep number was never accurate and was always off. If one of us gets up out of the bed, the other will drop down about four inches or more. The sides constantly bulge out and have to be readjusted and fixed back into place. The construction of this mattress is very, very cheap at best for the amount of money we paid for this bed. We bought this bed because at the time it was one of their top of the line products, and the salesperson assured me that for this price I wont have to buy another mattress for years to come and will double the life of spring mattresses.... Boy was he wrong!!! I couldve bought a nice used car for what I paid for this bed...I would never recommend this product to anyone EVER!! I honestly feel like I got ripped off!! Just 5 years later and I had to buy a new mattress, this one leaves me with body aches every morning I get up. This is not a buyers remorse thing because of the price I paid by any means, I really thought I was getting a quality piece of merchandise here.... This bed is an over priced piece of crap.... BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. They were very patient and answered all our questions. We are a sleep number family but haven’t purchased a mattress since 2016 and lots of new changes. Totally recommend them!

Brock, the sales manager was excellent to work with and explained things very well. Very nice clean store. 4 stars instead of 5 because the delivery department, with 5 days advance notice would not change the delivery time window.

While initially I liked the pricing of Sleep Number beds compared to Tempurpedic, their phone customer service support is mediocre at best. I actually had to call the store to get in touch with someone at customer service about the status of my order. I purchased the mattress online and it took them 3 days just to process the order and send me a confirmation number. The company then proceeded to inform me that the mattresses I ordered would take 3 weeks to be delivery. A total of 4 weeks to deliver a mattress!? This is unacceptable. I have now canceled my order and am going to a local mattress store to find something I am sure will feel just as comfortable and I can get in a more timely fashion.
