They made me feel as if I was going to steal from them. They have a very large selection and I wanted to look around. Being new to the whole cigar thing I was curious to all the different kinds. However, what seemed like every minute on the minute they kept popping in asking if I was ok. Maybe it was just the way I perceived their customer service style. They did not ask if I needed advice or if I had any questions. I did buy a cigar but I am personally not a fan.

It took me forever to finally visit this store because of the distance .. but Im glad I finally made the trip out there. As much as Ive enjoyed exploring all the other shops in the triangle area this particular shop is above and beyond. Their selection of sticks is almost overwhelming. Humidor feels like a beautiful summer night on South Beach... I could spend hours in there lol. The man who was working was extremely kind and soft spoken. The selection of accessories does top all the other shops Ive been to here so far. I know you can pick up a $3 cutter from anywhere but this shop has the name brands and the quality you expect for these types of products. Even though its a good hour from me.. Ill make the trip back again for sure! Thanks for everything guys!

Great selection and great prices. The owners were very friendly and talked and joked with me and my buddy. He is prior service and offered a military discount to already the best prices I have seen in a Brick and Morter shop. I have a very large shop and lounge in my city but I will drive the 50 minutes to visit this shop again.

I bought some lower priced cigars but they were still kept in the humidor and the taste was very enjoyable. I like the attention to detail and care for the inventory regardless of whether it is an expensive or lower priced cigar. As I develop my taste, I am excited to try better ones!

Great selection. Owners are hard to understand and communicate poor English.

Good place to BUY sticks, great selection, variety, hard to find stuff etc...however lounge is small...that I can deal with, but No TV. No coffee.no bathroom!...really, theres a bathroom but was told only for the staff?? But the most disappointing was the completely unfriendly atmosphere. The man and woman working there are about as warm as a polar bears nose after swimming for fish. Would only answer questions with one or two word answers, completely disinterested.

Unfortunately 10am in NC is not the same as 10am in Fl. 10:15 Saturday and nothing but crickets. Should expect more from a diamond crown Lounge. Tiny sign on door says open from 11am(online says 10am). Please put times online for out of towners

After spending hours learning about cigars, I went to K&S to take a look. How pleasantly surprised to find the owner was making the same suggestions that I found were appropriate for a novice cigar aficionado. Good prices with courteous and friendly attention to my needs. Way to go K&S.

Great store and wonderful humidor. Probably the best selection that you will find in North Carolina. They have good backup on their merchandise which means they provide great service to those of us who prefer to purchase boxes instead of singles. The owners are nice and helpful, but also allow the customer their space to make their selections. Excellent service.

My go to place to pick up some sticks. Ive been exclusively shopping here for all my cigar needs for 10 years now and Kay and Scott are practically family at this point. Theyve got the best selection in town and youll always feel welcome by the other customers. Great place to hang out for a few hours, watch a game, enjoy a good cigar, and get into some pretty interesting conversations.

Great selection - best you will find around the Raleigh area - nice little smoking lounge - owners and service have always been great for me! And did I mention the great selection? They seem to have just about everything and unlike other places in Apex you will not find mold on your cigars.

I cant smoke cigars anymore for health reasons but when I did, this was my go to place. The owners are really nice and the cigar selection is very good! The smoking lounge was always fun to relax in as there seemed to be a community of regular customers there, and everyone Ive smoked with were quite friendly. I miss coming here!

Great store! Original ownwership since the 1980s......They have the largest cigar selection in all of North Carolina!!!! No one has more selection. They pride themselves on the care of their cigars and truly care about their customers.....They have a small, yet very nice cigar lounge to puff comfortably.

I travel a lot, been all over the US & many parts of the world and I always love to check out cigar shops. I live 10 minutes from K&S and I have to say its hands down one of the best cigar shops that I have ever been into. From the prices, to the selection you cant beat it. Not to mention, its by far the best customer service you can get. Every time I go in there I feel welcome. I dont know about you, but a lot of other places I have been to, I walk into one and I feel like they look at me and say who is this guy.You can probably find any cigar online and maybe even save a few bucks if you try really hard. However, if you are a beginner just looking for something to try or even a seasoned cigar smoker, this shop is the place to go. Scott knows everything there is to know about cigars and can help you find exactly what you need or even if you are looking to try something new. He is so nice and easy going and knows so much about this stuff that he will never steer you in the wrong direction.The other thing is, there is a HUGE selection of cigars in his humidor. Its amazing. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. This is the place to get a great cigar at a great price.One more awesome thing. He has a room where you can smoke them as well. Often times he will sit down and smoke one with you and tell you all sorts of stories about cigars. You just dont find that kind of care/customer service anywhere you go.

I have an issue with this place. They sell good cigars (of course), pipe Tobacco, pipe tools and nice pipes. However, I was not allowed to smoke my pipe in the lounge! They said no pips allowed. This is rediculous.
