They are amazing!!!! they helped me with everything I need for my job. I love how they gave each person that was in the store that day individual attention. It made shopping for me so much easier. (PS-I HATE shopping, its one of the things i dispise doing for myself). They also ordered more pants that I fell in love with. It felt more like family, Definitely and highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Found some cute purple label/healing hands scrubs. I was in the store for a while because they have so many cute scrubs and I couldnt decide. The lady who was helping me was very patient and kind, brought me different sizes and styles in my changing room even without me asking. Awesome experience. I will be back!

I came to this store with the intention of purchasing new scrub pants. Overall they had a large selection although I wish their special sizing (i.e. petites, talls) had just a little bit more to it. However, I found their pricing to be very fair and their customer service to be excellent.

Drove all the way from Chapel Hill because I was so fed up with the scrub store in my area and it was absolutely worth the drive!! I was blown away by the difference in customer service that I received here. I had a coat embroidered and it was ready for pickup the very next day (v. other store where I have waited 2+ weeks). Excellent customer service; very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I will continue to shop here in the future and recommend to everyone!

Outstanding customer service! We have six team members in our dental practice who wear scrubs. Stephen was kind enough to bring over an assortment of scrub sizes and colors for the team members to try on right in our office. Then he stitched out a few samples of our logo so we could see what it would look like on the new scrubs. He even came back a fourth time to show us the logo again as the scrubs were a slightly different shade than the original logo samples. The embroidery came out beautifully and the order was completed quickly. He even delivered the finished products! He also gave us a discount for the large order. I am beyond impressed! Ordered my uniforms this morning, they had to have a company logo embroidered on them. I expected them at the end of the week. Horrible customer service. I was in the store for about 20 minutes and noy once did the associate ask me if I needed help with anything. Even after asking all the other customers within the store, even the one person who came after me. I will not be coming back here. I am going back to Scrubs and Beyond.

Super friendly staff that will go above and beyond to help you get what you want/need. Whether that be ordering your size, getting it from one of their other locations, or placing items on hold for invoices. Will never go anywhere else for scrubs!

Unprofessional at this location. I want to support small business but the cart store was a joke. I am shocked at the employees lack of professionalism...so much so I am cancelling my order and going to look elsewhere. 2 stars as the other location was Rock solid (far drive) and was told the Cary location had a good mens selection.EDIT 5/6/19-I gave this store another go and had a much better experience. I am now waiting on my special order and glad that the employee who influenced my perception on their service was not there to tarnish the store. 180* difference in treatment. I am glad I gave the store a 2nd go. Will come back for all my scrub needs.

I traveled 20 minutes to Scrubs Cary, as a last resort store. I was not disappointed. As others stored staff/owner were rude and not helpful, closed or had limited stock. This store only had a few items in the exact color I needed but the ladies were so attentive, engaging and assisted me to get the perfect scrubs. And they were discounted as well. I’ve been here a couple of times with out any luck. They have a small selection of print tops which is all I wear. If you work for a bigger medical facility and need a specific color then this store is great for that. Today I decided to see if they had any new fall print tops and was welcomed by a sign on the door saying “we appreciate your patronage however we are not a try on and buy online store”. This really didn’t set well with me. I understand it is a locally owned business however it made me feel like if I tried anything on I would have to purchase it or else they would assume I was just sizing it to go buy online which is not my case. It was not a very welcoming sign and quite frankly snotty. i have a hard time finding properly fitting tops and will go to a store where I’m welcome to try on clothes without being judged. I’m giving 3 stars because it is not a bad store and I’ve never had an issue with staff but Selection is very limited for those who work for privately owned offices and can wear any type of color or print.

Went into the store and the lady behind the counter was on her phone. She was not friendly at all. I asked her about a UNC discount and she mumbled under her breath. I asked again and she was loud and very rude. I will not return to this store.

The ladies didnt even bother to help all they did was just keep talking to each other. Im not recommending anyone here. I rather drive to Smithfield outlets to get my scrubs. 😑😑

Very expensive. A scrub top $34, lab coat $44, they have a sign saying dont try anything on just to go on line and buy it. Not a great experience
