Both my husband and I paid >$1,000.00 each for a pair of designer glasses only to receive them in a cheap eyeglass associates case instead of the designer case they should have come in. Do not go here. Get your prescription and buy your glasses ELSEWHERE.

Excellent experience. Dr. Nakagawara was very friendly and professional and gave me a lot of good information. She really listened to my concerns and was very direct about what she was doing, what she was looking for, and what the results were. The rest of the staff was very good too and worked with me to find frames that both looked good and didnt break my budget. I was a little worried about prices because of the location, and to be honest, there werent a ton of frames that fit my budget, but the Visionary Value Plan really made a difference for me. Ill plan on going there again in the future.

Save yourself the trip and find another eye doctor. This place is awful. The front desk staff is the worst. I made an appointment a year in advance and was then told that I would have to wait an hour to be seen when I arrived, on time, for said appointment. When I asked what the point of an appointment was, if I was going to have to wait for an hour, their answer was we know our system is flawed. Really?? Thats just bad customer service and, in turn, bad business. My frames that I purchased two years ago have never fit correctly. I have taken them in to be adjusted multiple times. All in all, there are just too many competent eye doctors around to bother with this group. Im more than frustrated!

Loved Dr. Esther and her whole team. They were professional and fun and helped my daughters and I find glasses we love! I highly recommend.

Nice place and good Optometrist. The flaw of the business is their customer service relationship. They are not the brightest staff and when talking about insurance, they need a little bit more knowledge on how plans are covered and what not.

Everyone is professional, the office is clean, they are polite and they have decent prices and selection. That is what you expect from an office. A nice benefit is that Dr. Bell seems to listen and has the time for you... D (Deede) in the Eye Glasses Department is phenomenal. She has always gone above and beyond for me.

They have fitted me with lenses and frames on numerous occasions. They did a great job getting me exactly what was needed. I will definitely go back the next time I need a pair.

I got a deep discount because they werent knowledgable about an insurance they accept. Dr. N was great but the staff was dim. The manager was great about compensating me for my trouble but Id rather they got it right.

They fixed my glasses within a few minutes at no charge. I didnt buy them there. Great selection of frames. Ill go back to buy my next pair of glasses.

When I called to make my initial appointment, Kim was super friendly and courteous. I have been calling around to see who has availability near my office and out of 6 different companies her customer service is what got me to schedule!!
