It was okay.The prices where very high butThey did have very cool costumes.Sadly, most of them were very small.A nice Halloween dtore Overall.

Just asked for assistance because the costume I picked out was supposed to come with a hat. The owner looked at me and said Just get one out of another package! She returned with a mangled pirate hat. Its made of some foam covered polyester material. When I asked what strategy she would use to straighten it out she rudely replied throw it in the dryer, I dont want to melt it is all. Well thats up to you she said. She was an ass.

My first experience was great and my second experience was not. My first time Sat the three employees I encountered were helpful, friendly, and professional. My second time visiting on Sunday the two ladies standing around talking to each other were holding a conversation that they ought not have had in front of customers. Unless their behavior is addressed, I will not return. There are plenty of Halloween stores and of course the internet. I prefer not deal with ignorant people. POC beware. Again, majority of the employees I encountered were wonderful.

Customer service wasnt awful but come to find out this company does not allow ANY returns or exchanges!! Wouldve been nice to know this before going in......I cant imagine wanting to buy anything from a place that doesnt even allow an exchange!

Great service, they remembered me from two years ago when I went in the other day. Very friendly people, great selection of decor and costumes, accessories and makeup, special effects and beauty.

Awful experience. Costume did not come with all pieces I paid for, and when I tried to get the piece I paid for, the employee actually yelled at me and said that all sales were final- regardless of what I got. Incredibly expensive for very cheap costumes, and awful employee service when I tried to get help. The employees I bought it from were incredibly nice, but when I had an issue and called in I was yelled at and hung up on.

Stay away from the store. Prices are too high filir the poor quality merchandise. they sale used/damaged merchandise and they don’t allow return or exchange. Save your money and to trusted store.
